I have been to this location may times and it was good, recently they menu change and prices get so high and food portion get very low margarita's getting very expensive with 90% filled with ice. bartender name Alex deducting tip on his own. so be careful when you pay your bill.
Tips are not legally required. While originally tips were seen as a way to show appreciation for great service.

I used to come to this location all the time because I enjoyed the food and atmosphere so much. I went back last night and it was awful. Service was so slow! I ordered seafood enchiladas and couldn't even eat them. The shrimp smelled like a trash can and the chunks of crab meat were nonexistent. When I brought it to the manager's attention she took a fork and opened the enchilada up to show me that the crab meat was now shredded and she was kind enough to point out the two shreds of crab meat in each enchilada. So basically I paid $19.00 for chips and queso. I will NOT be returning to this location. It was a horrible experience!

Never had a bad meal here. Took me until 2nd trip to find out it was more than a basement bar, but both the basement bar and the dining room on the 2nd floor are both wonderful. Favorite place to eat!
