We generally ordered Stromboli from this restaurant, but decided to try dinner. We ordered 2 lasagna dinners and an antipasto (total cost was $42.82, though we did have a $30 purchased coupon to redeem.) The lasagna portions were pretty small, weighing overall about 11 oz, which included the metal tray and sauce. The salad had lots of unappetizing brown lettuce, and one half of a thin slice of tomato.
When we arrived home and looked at the food, we packed it up and returned to the restaurant. The counter person indicated that all the portions were like that, and remaking the food would result in duplicating what we already had. We said no, thanks, and asked to switch to something else - we were told it has to be the same thing ordered (they have a blurb in the restaurant, which says if you are not happy with your meal, bring back at least X% and get a redo), but apparently it has to be the same food. If you are going to give me exactly the same thing I was unhappy with, what sense does that make?
The antipasto, which was $12.50 had brown lettuce on top/bottom, and had what amounts to maybe 1 slice of tomato. The only part of this salad that was correct was the "Anti".
Customer service was interesting, too. The counter person, who was obviously not the one in charge, had to go speak to the 'manager' in back, at least a couple of times. That person (not sure who it was) did not come out to speak to me. As a manager, you would expect the manager to address you directly. A refund was also not possible because the coupon itself could not be refunded, so our only option was to take the food.
I asked for the owners' name, and was told they did not know who the owner was, but was given the Office # 570-970-0000. I called the next day and had to leave a message, gently explaining that I would like a call back to discuss a situation I experienced at the location I visited. I never received a call back. Had a received a call back and a resolution, perhaps this review would not have been necessary.

Called Monday 3/31/25 they put you on hold forever knowing they will not take your order..I had $150 order for them for a party.They answer the phone but tell you they have to put you on hold and never comeback on the phone..So they lost my business…On hold for 15 minutes till I just hung up.. That’s what they wanted..They can’t handle the orders .

I have been going to Pizza Bella in Nanticoke on and off for years and have never had any issues. These last two visits, though, have been extremely disappointing. I ordered 20 wings before the night Super Bowl, half of them were much smaller than they usually are. Okay, maybe that was becuase of the Super Bowl I said and gave them another chance this past weekend when I ordered 30 wings and this time more than half of them were this size. I know they have a policy where they will give a refund if you return 80% of the item, but I live 15+ mins each way from this location so I can’t just turn around and go back there.

Food is very cold when it got here I was told it should be here in 45 minutes to an hour it was 30 minutes past an hour ask the lady on the phone she said bring the food back and show me new food it was already late my kids were hungry so they're getting a bad review they shouldn't send so many orders out with one driver

Best pizza in the area! Seriously I’ve been all over and nothing really compares to Pizza Bella pizza. Their sweet sauce and chicken wing are also one of the best! I usually get a large plain or with onions or pepperoni, there pepperoni got a bit big, that’s the only issue I have other than that, I find it hard going anywhere else because every time I do, it doesn’t stack up. Great job!

We order from here often because we like the sweet sauce pizza. Our last order of a $100 we got 3 pizzas and 30 wings and when we got home realized all the wings were drums, not one flat... called the store and they blamed it on shift change that they didnt tell us that they were out of flats. I asked for a manager and I guess she was too busy in the back and I was told to call the main office and complain because the cases of wings they got were all drums which I find it hard to believe. I asked if they could just give us a discount or something on our next order since we are repeat customers and apparently there was nothing she could do even though after reading other comments the owner states that if you are not satisfied with your order and bring it back in 30 minutes they will make it right. Hopefully the owner sees this and makes it right. Flats > Drums

$36.58 for a large pizza with extra sauce and 12 wings with 2 sides of sauce. The wings were good. The pizza looked like it was sitting out for a long time and the dough was like chewy cardboard. It resembled a store bought thin crust. I called to complain, and the girl who answered the phone made the excuse that the baker was from another store and that’s why the quality isn’t there. So why serve pizza at all if you know he’s not able to produce quality? We order there every few weeks, but not anymore. This was the first time we’ve complained to them (not the first bad experience. It will, however, be the last.) and the girl said there’s nothing she can do. To which I responded, I don’t want you to do anything, I’ll just order elsewhere from now on. And in true professional customer service fashion, she said, if you don’t order from us again, you don’t order from us again. So I am here to share that experience to save someone else the expense and waste of time.

I called to place an order for dinner. I was having a difficult night due to finishing treatment for cancer. I was lucky to get Brianna on the phone. She took the time with me to get me what I wanted. I want to thank her for a great experience. Now that I am living in Nanticoke I will be ordering from that based off of my experience tonight.

Apart from waiting damn near 2 hours for delivery of Buffalo bites AND being greeted by the "currently closed" answering service, Mr Buffalo bites were mild and not the Cesar parmigian they should have been. Save your time and money. Order from somewhere else.
