We hired Chuck for our Independence Day BBQ and we aren't going to be able to turn back! The pig roast was one to remember at nearly 200 pounds. He was nicknamed the Meat Man and he kept our guests fed with pork, chicken, and more. Having him and Melissa to facilitate meant we spent time visiting with our guests and a lot less time cleaning up. They even packed the leftovers! We had so much fun and enjoyed all the food. Can't wait until next year!

Stopped for lunch. I do not eat meat so had the Mac and cheese and nachos. Mac and cheese had a little kick. Everything was very good!
Absolutely homemade perfection. We started eating off the food truck when he first opened but the food just gets better and better. We came up to the restaurant the other night and we enjoyed everything. The staff was so nice and attentive. The restaurant clean and felt comfortable to enjoy a meal. We got the pork tacos and chicken wing dip. We definitely did not take anything home. It was just to good to not eat it fresh.

The food was so delicious! We had burnt ends, mac-n-cheese with bacon chunks, wings with a variety of sauces, and brisket beefsteak. So good. The fellow was especially nice and welcoming. Loved the country atmosphere.
