I have never before given a one star review. Even with post-Covid indulgence, this restaurant deserves no stars. Initially rejecting our reservation although shown email confirmation, this restaurant experience descended to new lows below the basement. The greeter initially refused to seat us. I ordered online a dish that I asked to be 1-Mildly Spicy, the 2nd of 7 levels. The dish was quite spicy, and when I returned to tell them about it the following day, I was told it was my fault, I should have ordered it "Non-spicy." Later in the day I got this text from them, telling me not to return to their restaurant. With that attitude, I SURELY WON'T. The food was very good, but the response was inexcusable. Food great, ambiance great. Service- the worst. Menus only on iPhone, you have to order on their poorly setup menu. Ordering is impossible,asked waiter for help, bad attitude. 20 % tip automatically added to bill, no matter how bad the service is. Will never return or recommend. Used to be great, sad.
