Always something new and delicious to try here! The chocolate almond croissant is particularly incredible. Wonderful owners and lovely staff.
WOW as a croissant connoisseur, these are some amazing croissants. as someone that studied abroad in france, on par with croissants you would get in france, and they weren't sold out at 2pm which is wild for such quality.
Absolutely the best pastries on the Main Line!
Had the koeign amman. Really good. Staff very accommodating
Awesome place! Everything is fresh!
Best croissant that I have ever eaten and I have traveled the world. I had the chocolate, almond croissant.
This is a new local gem and the pastries are amazing. Friendly owner. Def does justice to the its acclaimed location
Excellent croissants. Fresh, flaky, super good. Éclairs are amazing as well. Some of the customers are a bit snotty, guess that's Narberth... but the staff are really nice!

Ladies and gentlemen, throw out your dietary restrictions, jump on the treadmill or hit the track before you come. Open your culinary mind and be prepared to be amazed by the sheer selection of sweet goodness, you’re about to encounter. If you’re not French, don’t fret, just say the names of the desserts as you see them - they’ll understand. From the King Anan (thats how I pronounce it) to the Financiers and let’s not forget the twirly sticky bun with raisins on it - everything I’ve had at blue owl has been amazing. If you like coconut, you’re gonna go nuts for the chocolate covered coconut macarons- oh - my - gosh, they’re Divine!
Get off the sidelines, forget your waistline and get in the Blue Owl line - they’re a hoot.
My favorite bakery! If you're nearby and don't try it out, you're doing yourself a disservice. I absolutely love this place and make sure to stop by (and stock up) whenever I visit family members who live in the area. When my sister's boyfriend visited from France, he said that Little Blue Owl pastries are on par with the ones he gets back home - high praise!
The pastries are all excellent - you really can't go wrong. My favorites are the kouign amann, dough knots, and canneles; canneles and kouign amann are both pretty rare finds in American bakeries, and these are the best I've had here by a long shot. Because I'm not in Narberth very often I haven't tried many of their seasonal items, but those I have tasted were all great - their dough knot variants are absolute must-tries.
They have non-dairy milks on offer for their beverages, and as of my latest visit also sell freshly-toasted marshmallows, which are fantastic alongside a hot chocolate. I haven't tried any of their savory items or chocolates yet, but plan to in the future :)
The staff (including the owners, who I often see behind the counter) are super friendly and helpful, and I got a very quick response when I dm'ed the store's Facebook page to ask about their holiday hours.

The pastries and cakes are outstanding. Only issue is at times you can feel like you are “bothering” the person behind the desk and I wish the hours of operation would be past 4pm. Some people work and if you are in need of a good cake you’ll have to go somewhere else.
