The pastries and cakes are outstanding. Only issue is at times you can feel like you are “bothering” the person behind the desk and I wish the hours of operation would be past 4pm. Some people work and if you are in need of a good cake you’ll have to go somewhere else.

This place is a gem. I love everything I’ve had from here. Fruity, chocolaty, nutty, creamy, they do it all and so very well. From a simple almond croissant to the limoncello cream and fresh blueberries pastry I recently had that blew my mind, I haven’t had better. The Kouign-amann is my all time favorite so far.

I recently visited this bakery for the first time and absolutely love it. The shop is small so I wasn't sure there would be much choice, but I was wrong. Instead of cranking out a huge amount of items, the owners focus on a nice selection of pastries and excel at them! The pastries are ridiculously delicious, delicate, flavorful and unique. I highly recommend the Kouign Amann, the dough knot and the various croissants. So glad to have found this gem.

This place used to have the best croissants anywhere in the area. I haven't been in a while and recently decided to give it a try. I ordered the chocolate croissant. Still made on the premises, and still pretty good, although not as good as back when I used to feel like this place was a time/space portal that took me to Paris. Now, the croissant is well layered and puffy, but lacking that crisp, almost-burnt outer layer that separates real French pastry from the stuff that's designed to please Americans. This is now leaning toward the Americans. No deep caramelized flakey surface. Sad. I also think a good croissant showcases the flavor of quality butter...this croissant was rich, but not much distinct creamy butter flavor...no grassy, sour notes. Finally, I found the chocolate average, too. I was hoping for a dark cherry almost wine-like bittersweet chocolate flavor. Instead, this tasted like good chocolate, but not exceptional chocolate. Still, it would be hard to find a better chocolate croissant in the Philly area.

My friend and I stopped into the bakery this afternoon and picked up a variety of pastries. Several cookies, an almond croissant (best I've ever had!) and a tart. Every bite was more delicious then the last. Even the coffee was flavorful. Now that I've discovered Little Blue Owl I know I'll be stopping in frequently on my way through Narberth. Def a must visit.

So far I've tried the lemon meringue tart, Kouign-amann and the blueberry muffin. All delicious! I only got the blueberry muffin when I thought the person in front of me ordered one. I'm thinking " did she say blueberry muffin?! WHERE?". So glad I got it.

Delicious cakes and iced coffee. Nice to sit outside in the shade in Narberth too. A little on the pricey side but a really nice treat.

Parking: Can park on the other side of the train station and walk through the tunnel. Free Sat/Sun and holidays. Paid street parking right by cafe too.

I walk in with my 6 year old son and as I wait my turn an asian lady walks in and finagles her way in front of us. While the girl behind the counter was serving the person in front of me the owner comes out and makes a beeline for the asian lady and takes her order. I try to get his attention telling him I was there first, not once but twice and he completely ignores me and continues to serve her. So I left and saved about $40 as I was going to buy 12 croissants. I'll never go back.

Got a birthday cake here and it was everything! So rich and chocolatey. The rest of the shop looks amazing and I can't wait to be back to try the pastries from the counter. They looked so fancy and delicious!Great service!

OMG! Gotta try their granola, tasteful but subtle cinnamon in between, which I paired with milk and honey, that's insanely incredible!!!! Do not miss it, and don't compare it with any expensive brands, they are unbeatable.
