I'm still fuming after my visit to [Bagel Shop ] this morning. As a customer, I expect basic respect and courtesy. What I got was a humiliating and infuriating experience.
The staff was completely unprofessional and disrespectful:
- They rolled their eyes and sighed when I asked for a simple bagel with cream cheese toasted - They yelled at me when I politely asked them to stop talking over my food while they’re cooking it. They’re spitting in it, I look in the glass case where they have the donuts I saw couple of dead roach - They refused to apologize or offer any solution when I expressed my frustration
The lack of customer service skills and basic human decency is staggering. It's clear that the staff at [Bagel Shop do not value their customers or care about providing a positive experience.

Always out of bagels, always slow and not very personable. Then a new place opens up across the street and they want business. They should’ve thought of this along time ago. I stopped going there two years ago and will never go back. You can advertise all you want.

So if you stopped going because you didn’t like getting sneered at by the previous owner it’s time to give these new people a chance.

Delicious as always. These bagels are the best in the mainline.
The ladies were very nice they were out of the French toast item I wanted to try but I got something different and it was delicious. They gave me a card to use when I come back.
I left without ordering. There were two women there who had NO DESIRE to wait on me. There were two men in the store waiting for food. I waited at the register and watched these women cook food, take orders over the phone and restock bagels. I said hello three times to get their attention. Finally I left. My money spends other places just as well.

This bagel shop does not make any extra Bagels other than for pre-made sandwiches. They make a very limited amount of bagels in the morning and the remaining amount is only for the grilled sandwiches.
