I left without ordering. There were two women there who had NO DESIRE to wait on me. There were two men in the store waiting for food. I waited at the register and watched these women cook food, take orders over the phone and restock bagels. I said hello three times to get their attention. Finally I left. My money spends other places just as well.

This bagel shop does not make any extra Bagels other than for pre-made sandwiches. They make a very limited amount of bagels in the morning and the remaining amount is only for the grilled sandwiches.

If I’m in Narberth I ALWAYS head down to Manhattan bagel to get an everything bagel (sometimes more than one ?). Their bagels are soft and delicious! I got an egg bagel this time, in addition to my everything bagel, and it was so good!

Family, especially my son, have been getting breakfast sandwiches here for years. Quality has remained constant, but the prices? Pleeze. Me thinks they are taking advantage of "inflation" to now charge $ 10.00 for a breakfast sandwich!Break down their cost (my estimate): bagel $ .20, egg: $ 0.25, piece of cheese: 0.25, piece of meat $ 0.50 (generous estimate) = $ 1.20 TOPS! 10.00 retail?

I usually like Manhattan bagel but this was my first time trying this location. My cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese from this place was sour and tasted so odd. Going to stick with the Manhattan bagel on ridge Ave in philly. Also location not well kept at all.

Awful. Awful people Awful sandwich Awful service. Seemed like the owner didn’t want the business and was very ignorant. She won’t get my business again and she shouldn’t get yours. Place is a mess too. Rip-off too - 20 bucks for a bad sandwich and a drink. Go elsewhere

Horrible location. Their prices do not even match online. It was double the price for a dozen bagels. I couldn’t believe it. The woman at the desk was extremely rude and kept saying “that is not my store” when I was showing her the online price. Never going back.

Perfect location; however, worn and dirty appearance inside.I really wonder if facility complies with franchise arrangement (dirty appearance, scribled signs over standardized price board, lack of knowledge of what even a "baker's dozen" is). If they cleaned up their act they would be crowded with people. This is the worst Manhattan Bagel location I have ever stopped in, Was not a pleasurable customer experience. I hope they get their act together,

Terrible customer service. Ordered a dozen sesame bagels. I was told it would be $30.00. When I brought up my statement from buying bagels at another Manhattan bagels for $12,90 for a dozen I was waved away and told not to buy her bagels. NOT VERY NICE LADY!!

Spoke to an employee after an awful experience with Manhattan Bagel in Roxborough. The employee was helpful, understanding, and accommodating. So much appreciate this!

It can’t really compete with the competition across the street (Wawa) on pricing since it costs over $20 for two bagel sandwiches. The product itself was “okay”.

I've never reviewed anything before, but this place pushed me over the edge. Went in at 1pm on a Saturday and they had no bagels, typically. Thy close at 2:30. Went back thenext morning, 12 plain bagels -$27, no baker's dozen, which I understand is their prerogative, and no freezer bags. Manhattan Bagel on Ridge Ave in Roxborough - $14 per dozen, 13 bagels, freezer bags. Never again!!!
