We went here once but are looking forward to going again! We had the vegetarian summer rolls with mango, a grilled pork bahn mi and a lemongrass tofu bahn mi, all really delicious, fresh and well done. We like that the have a vegetarian section of the menu. Nice service and plenty spacious. Clean place.

The food was good, there were vegetarian and vegan options, the food was served so fast, and the customer service was nice!

This is the only pho restaurant I go to. Love the customer service and food. It’s affordable and satisfies my craving for comfort foods.
The food here is always fresh and definitely more authentic than most places I go to in the city. Bonus that the owner is a total gem and makes it a nice place to look forward to going and eating.
best pho i’ve ever had
This Pho might be one of the best I’ve ever had. Delicious, fresh, and a perfect portion.
I got this on uber eats and it was phenomenal! I cannot wait to eat this in person. I got the well done brisket pho and summer rolls with shrimp and pork.
I love this spot, they’re so fast for takeout and the pho is so fresh and delicious

I been ordering on uber eats for almost 7-8 months when I found this place. I went in a few times, but lately been busy with work, I started to order online on uber eats. Kid you not, I eat here one or two times a week, and each time, the portion gets smaller and smaller and skimping out of everything. sad to say, I will no longer support Philosophy, the food is great but they are plain robbing me and they should know I’m a regular customer and over atleast 4-8 times a month. The first time they forgot my rare steak, the 2nd time my condiments, the last 2 months they’ve been giving less and less when I order. And today I ordered, they forgot my basil vegetables and gave me like 3 pieces of meat…??? I’m so highly upset and I only write reviews when I’m actually angry.

Just placed an order to give philosophy another chance because I really do enjoy their food.

I used to love getting pho here. Used to work the well done brisket and portions were fantastic, as it should be for nearly $20 a bowl which is crazy for Viet food. Portions are small, not worth the price. Ordered pork chop platter ($16!) and one of the pork chops was really dry and tasted off, like it had expired. Sad, I used to really like this place as a pricier pho spot and now it's not even worth it.
Friday night early dinner, food was served quickly. Started with crispy spring rolls, I had the beef brisket pho. First time for pho, it is a very nice soup. It was made with Gluten Free rice noodles, broth, and beef brisket sliced supper thin. They served it with a side of herbs, sliced jalapeño peppers, bean sprouts, and a lime slice.
The menu has limited choices. You can get ice cream across the street. The shop does a brisk take out business.
The shop is a brightly lit and a little loud. The shop is cafeteria styled with long tables. I would come back again.
