I explained to them in 2 different occasions and twice on the same day where to deliver and then they had to call me because in my building there are like 2 more houses on the same address and they still deliver my food to the wrong place. And then they didn't want to deliver saying that they about to close when i never got all my stuff.

This is the third time they have disappointed us..not having specialty chicken..The Specialty chicken is delicious..But I guess I'm going to have to do without it..We are no longer dealing with you and also let others know..You aren't dependable..Food for thought..If you don't make these necessary changes..You won't last..And the automated calling in..Doesn't work that great..This is the one in Nazareth.

Tipped well and still waited 1 hour for a delivery. We live 10 minutes away. Ridiculous. At that point I should’ve ordered from Pizza Hut because it would’ve gotten here faster.

I ordered 2 pizzas one pizza is good and soft but second pizza is lott of cooked and burn 🔥 its black and its hard. When i call in the store. The staff is very unprofessional talk i never go again this place.

I ordered my pizza on the app and went in to the store once the app messaged me and told me the pizza was ready. I went inside and saw my name on the deli board and it said my order was ready. The person who attended me said it would be another few minutes. My name disappeared from the deli board and I waited another 20 minutes and my order still wasn’t ready. By this time another 6 customers were in the sore and many were upset that everything was delayed. Most of them weren’t acknowledged when they came into the store. I got my pizza and left. When I got home I noticed that I got the wrong pizza. I live about 20 minutes ago and I wasn’t about to go back to get it fixed. I told my family I am not willing to go back to Dominos ever for pizza. I’m just so aggravated. What a mess and no one was in charge.

Their pizza has most certainly come a long way. For me, domino's was always the food you shoved down after drinking all night and it was the only place open. Since they've changed their pizza it's become one of my favorite local pizza joints. It's always consistently fresh, hot and with plenty of toppings. Their prices have certainly raised but if that means better ingredients and better food I can stomach the price increase better. Their Honolulu Hawaiin pizza is better than any of the local pizza joints are. Their drivers are always personable and friendly and always deliver in a reasonable time frame. Oh and they have garlic butter dipping sauce!!!
Parking: Plenty of parking spots at the strip mall. It's located in the giant food store mall

I was incredibly disappointed with my experience tonight. I ordered delivery, cash upon arrival, and unfortunately i missed the texts from the app saying my driver was near. I understand why they left, so I called the store and asked if they might be able to redeliver it but the cashier on the phone told me the driver had called multiple times so the manager said I’d have to pick it up. I was a little taken aback. I got the texts and realized a couple minutes late, but I had no missed calls. When I came in to get my order, who I assume was the manager had an aggressive attitude towards me when I told her I had come to pick up my order. I wasn’t blaming her for my own mistake yet she decided to throw in my face “yeah well, I called you, he called you, so-“ and I had to cut her off. I had zero missed calls from anyone and I told her I could show her my phone if she’d like to see it. She went silent as she walked away from me, grabbed my food angrily and cashed me out. I don’t think its too much to ask that in a customer service position, you have a better attitude to work with. I was disgusted and actually offended she thought she could gaslight me, when I wasn’t even going to complain. and if they had just offered to send the driver out again for me, I wouldve given them $20 for the inconvenience. Now I’ve paid 4.29 for delivery fees that I had to end up picking up myself, and a bad taste in my mouth from that woman’s attitude. I think the situation couldve been handled differently.

Management is straight up trashy. Will openly lie to your face and use profanity around children when asked for identification or superior contact information. Many of the crew were also unprofessional. My main complaint is with delivery driver illegally passing my daughter less than 1 mile from his hub to deliver pizza. My daughter is a student driver and this was her very 1st mile of interacting with traffic. KVA 0723 Pennsylvania plate blk Mazda.
