Placed a mobile order at the drive-thru. When we got there, staff seemed to have no idea what donuts we had ordered. Guy at the window placed my drinks down on the counter & motioned for me to pick them up instead of handing them to me. Was about to send us on our way without the donuts we ordered, & when I told him (nicely) he gave us the wrong donut(s) with a bit of an attitude. Be wary when visiting this Dunkin’ location.

I am a frequent customer at this Dunkin’ Donuts, however I will not be coming back to this location until the owners have the air conditioning fixed! The staff is fantastic they even know what I want when they see me or my car in the drive-through. The air conditioning has not been working in a long time and the poor loyal staff is subject to 87 degrees Fahrenheit up too 100 degrees Fahrenheit that I have seen for my self… even know there have been many complaints the owners still do nothing… I am in retail management myself and if any of the staff wants to come over to my store I would hire them right away! Oh yeah there fix to this problem is “oh we open the back door and use a big fan to pull out the heat”

The employees used to be very friendly but in my latest order they were rude. In the last two times I've gone to this location I've gotten bad coffee and my bagel tasted bad.

I just visited this Dunkin at 1:20pm on Tuesday 2/27. There was a male worker who had the best attitude. Honestly the best Dunkin interaction I probably have ever had. He made my food and got the drinks out super quick. I didn’t get the mans name but hopefully Dunkin here checks out my review and lets him know he’s doing a great job. Interactions like that make me appreciate Dunkin and other fast food restaurants so much more.

Service is extremely rude. I was the only person in line with no cars in drive thru and waited at least 5 minutes with my coffee sitting on the back counter. Twice I’ve received coffee with large amounts of grounds in them. I really think it was done on purpose since I didn’t tip them. Once it was served black without the cream/sugar. When I go through the drive thru they only give me my coffee and I have to ask for the food and tell them what it was as if they can’t see my order. The bagel was rock hard and the egg wrap was terrible. It’s not even worth stopping, I’d rather go to wawa. It’s usually the older employees who I think are the owners or family.

I got a bagel this morning soon as they opened thinking, oh this is gonna be so fresh! Nope! It was hard as a rock and couldn't even bite into it! That's how hard it was! The munchkins tastes completely stale! As well as the bagel! This wouldn't have happened years ago!!

The older lady that prob either owns it or a family member owns its is extremely rude. As you can see in other comments, it seems to be a pattern. Personally I would have unloaded her but once again either owner or family member. And how do you not have lemons for tea or iced tea??? If WaWa had a drive thru this joint would be out of business. Not hating, just saying.

Lady at the drive thru was rude and rushing the order. Before I even finished talking she would say “what else”…like I know you’re busy but let me finish my damn order. I had to repeat myself 5 times because she wouldn’t stop talking over me. I got the wrong food order and tried to tell them but twice the closed the window or walked away. Then it took 5 minutes to get my drink because this lady is so rude and just grunts at you that I thought she told me to go to the next window. Then they come to give me the drive and I’m explaining to them how I thought she said to pull up and don’t even get to say a word cause the lady walked away. I tried to give this location multiple chances but am giving up. I would rather drive 5-10 mins away to another location instead of dealing with rudeness every single time I come here to get something.
