If I could give this place a zero I would. By far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts. This is definitely my last time here I gave this place way too many chances. The bagels are always stale never fresh. 9 o’clock in the morning and they are stale. If you ask for the bagel to be lightly toasted it is either burnt or not toasted at all. When Dunkin does a free drink promotion every other location it’s free but at this one they will still charge you. Also some of their staff is down right nasty. I had a girl very nasty to me in the drive through once. Terrible food terrible service. The owners don’t even care when customers are treated this way or that the food is terrible.

I sat here for 2 hours to work remotely while my laundry was being done next door. the level of service is outstanding. the employees knew all the regular customers orders and were super kind/personable to everyone who came in. My drink was delicious and came out quick. I also love that no one bothered me while I was working.

3 months ago, the food and drinks are decent so we have been going here every week but today, the person on the drive-through couldnt understand anything I say and when we got our drinks, the coffee taste burnt, my latte taste like the barista just poured half bottle of syrup. The only thing we are able to drink is the lemonade.

I think someone needs to take the time out and clean the windows to windows are so filthy looks like they're closed up either that or if women don't want to clean it up let him hire a man to clean it up windows are filthy as hell. Let's put it this way if they wouldn't have the sign that says drive-thru lit up the way windows are so filthy you would think the place was closed down end of my story.
Hi, I just wanted to share my experience because I’ve been really disappointed with the customer service lately — especially from one male employee with half brown and white colored hair.
I asked him nicely for a mix-and-match box of munchkins, and instead of just helping, he snatched the box from me and started murmuring under his breath. I still said “thank you” and even apologized, but he just rolled his eyes, slammed the window shut, and turned away like I had asked for free food or something.
This isn’t the first time he’s acted this way either. Every time I ask for something specific, he replies in a rude tone like, “I can’t make it, sorry,” with zero courtesy. It’s honestly frustrating because as a paying customer, I don’t think it’s too much to expect a bit of respect.
I really hope this gets addressed, because it makes the whole experience unpleasant.
