My wife and I had a farewell gathering with family and friends. (approx 78 people), where we called Mad Jās BBQ for recommendations and options. There were VERY responsive, professional and punctual when it came to set-up. To get around having to get an additional permit, Mad Jās offered to drop the food off, set it up with warmers, provided buns, utensils & plates (w/extras) and had it done 30 mins prior to the start of the event. As for the menu items, we had the 2 meats/2 sides option: Pulled Chicken, Brats, Street Corn and Mac & Cheese. All tasted AMAZING and we received multiple compliments from our guests. I think I was bothering him. First time here, new sauces new menu for me , so I wanted to explore. I wound up getting the pulled pork for sandwich for a little over 11$ It was just ok. It would have been better with more sauce added and I realize I didnāt order a platter but for one sandwich and a average one at that with not even a small cup of slaw the price was pretty high I understand if I was at a country fair for that price but itās not unique enough to warrant 11$ and change. I would have loved a sample plate but it wasnāt on the menu, doesnāt matter I wonāt be back anytime soon. I didnāt even take a picture ?

Small place that has issues getting staff. During the week a small wait but food is excellent offering multiple sauces. Their brisket nachos are good but too much cheese. Their brisket snd chicken are quite good. Portions are substantial do bring something to carry it home. Nice people who know what they are doing

Not worth the money. The portions you get for the prices are ridiculously cheap. The pulled pork and brisket were dry. The smoked beer brat sandwich had literally only one onion and one pepper on it. The coleslaw has no flavor whatsoever and the macaroni and cheese had about a teaspoon worth of cheese on top of dry noodles. Also their mad reaper āhot sauceā is a joke. There is no heat in that sauce at all.The only good thing was the corn muffins and hotdog. Everything else was a waste of money.

Mad Jās BBQ was fantastic with catering my 50th birthday party. Everyone raved about the burnt pork ends, the peach baked beans, the Mac and cheese, the pulled pork and pulled chicken. The Drunken Apple BBQ sauce was delicious! Would definitely be using Mad Jās again in the future!
I ordered pulled pork and pulled chicken with sides of peach baked beans, Mexican street corn and mac and cheese for a rehearsal dinner for 40 people. All of the food was delicious. Some guest thought the corn had a very smoky flavor, but that is subjective. Everyone LOVED the mac and cheese. Everyone was pleased with the flavor of the meats. The sauces were also amazing. The only area that could use change would be the communication. I needed to reach out several times before someone got back to me about catering. I almost went with another restaurant because of that. I am glad that I was persistent because the food was worth it!

This has to be the best BBQ in the Lehigh valley. The nachos and pork are delicious. The peach cobbler is crazy good. On top of all that, the staff working there are so kind and helpful.

We have been not so patiently awaiting the reopening of Mad J Nazareth.Everything was perfect. Loaded pulled pork nachos no skimping on toppings its truly a heavy box with great flavor. I get extra sweet Alabama sauce as its anszing. Hubby loves when they have brisket chili. Tonight we enjoyed sweet & sour meatballs and mac & cheese too. Be back soon.
