Starters
Slate Quarry Nachos
Hand-cut tortillas, brisket pit beans, cheese sauce, diced tomatoes, black olives, jalapenos, and sour cream.
Smoked Jalapenos
Jalapenos stuffed with our 3 cheese mix wrapped in bacon and smoked.
House-made Mozzarella Marinara
SQH mozzarella lightly breaded and fried. Served with house-made marinara.
Crab Cake
Broiled house-made lump crab patty. Served with roasted red pepper sauce.
Homemade Chips
Heaping and fried fresh to order. Served with chipotle mayonnaise for dipping.
Loco Shrimp
Tender shrimp lightly breaded and fried tossed in our slightly spicy loco sauce.
Meatball Marinara
2 of our house-made meatballs in our marinara sauce are topped with our melted house-made mozzarella.

Atlantic salmon, avocado, cherry tomatoes, bacon, and feta cheese.

Shredded brisket, sauteed onion, and our 3 cheese blends on a Lusitania roll. Our smoked meats are hardwood smoked at a low temperature for up to 16 hours.
Pick Axe
Shredded pork, coleslaw, onion straws, asiago cheese, and remoulade sauce on a brioche bun. Served with house fries. Our smoked meats are hardwood smoked at a low temperature for up to 16 hours.
SQH Brisket Sandwich
Sliced brisket, bacon jam, and pickles drizzled with BBQ sauce topped with pepper jack on a brioche bun. Our smoked meats are hardwood smoked at a low temperature for up to 16 hours.

Just found this place off some recommendations from others. My wife and I went a couple of times over the past month. The food was very good. Highly recommend the smoked menu. Smoked wings are some of the best wings in the Lehigh Valley. The entire staff is friendly and the atmosphere is great.

I love the food here! Service can be somewhat hit or miss, atmosphere is relaxed.

Kid-friendliness: Kids are well tolerated and it's never TOO busy in there.

I popped in today for a quick appetizer and beer for lunch. I had the smoked jalapeño poppers and a nice Victory IPA nitro on tap. The poppers had a good smoke on them and the beer was quite good, I could tell they had clean lines. Great beer selection too!
