It’s McDonald’s you’re not coming for fancy food but whenever I buy it it’s always good never have they forgot something in my order. Everybody there is friendly the workers always have manners they always smile and are always kind. Sometimes the restaurant can be dirty but I almost always see someone cleaning. All in all a good McDonald’s

Whoever was working the drive thru this evening (10/13) around 7pm should be fired or at the very least not dealing with customers. She was beyond impolite, barely spoke or even looked at you, huffed at anything you asked for, including my receipt which I only asked for because she told me the wrong amount for my order and gave me incorrect change, ripped me off about $5. Terrible customer service skills, you could literally tell she hates her job, and acted like it was the end of the world when I asked her for ketchup. Her response to my thank you was to slam the window shut. If she were my employee, she wouldn't have a job. That simple.

Stopped at McDonald's to get a oatmeal and hash brown for breakfast. While waiting behind the customer in front of me, I'm observing the cashier touching her hair and rubbing her face while taking orders. Not a problem as long as she's taking order, but to then take my order and proceed to go back and start to help prepare food without the washing of hands or putting on gloves is pathetic. Voiced my observation to the manager on duty at the time and was immediately dismissed with he doesn't have time for this now. Got my money back and left and I doubt I'll ever patronize a McDonald's again if this is the practice.

I ordered a burger fries and a drink on the mobile app. Walked to the mcdonald's sat there for 20 min waiting before i finally gave them my order number to check it. They had to ask what my order was, even though my order number was still on the screen. I didn't receive my food because my lunch break was over. This is a regular occurrence the employees are super slow. I found out I can drive to berwick McD grab my food and Return to mifflinville to work and still have ten minutes to spare!!!!
Waited nineteen minutes for two bagels and a coffee.

Stopped in for breakfast quick and it was really fast. I got out of my truck got my food and got back into my truck in 7 minutes. As a trucker I greatly appreciate the speed. This is definitely one of the nicer McDonald's I've been to.
