This McDonald's was a total dump. Overflowing trash everywhere, bunch of young kids without a manager in sight. And whatever they had on the radio was like a skipping record, and for those of you not old enough to know what a record is, a skipping CD. We traveled from Rhode Island to South Dakota and back and stopped in at least one McDonald's in every state during the whole trip and all of them were clean with a very friendly staff and good food, EXCEPT THIS ONE! Stay away!!!!!

Stopped here for breakfast on a trip to Cleveland; this restaurant is considerably clean, and the staff here is extremely nicer and more welcoming than any other McDonald’s I’ve been to!

Stopped for lunch with wife and granddaughter. Used worthless kiosk. GD ordered 6pc kids meal. Only got 5. Wife couldn't order the chicken sandwich she wanted...not available after midnight...it was noon. My double burger had ketchup all over the bun. Sloppy. Bun was stale. Took 22min to get our food. 25 people waiting in line. 4 trash cans were over flowing including one outside. Trash all over the ground. Music was skipping. Very annoying. Last trip to McDonald's.
