Possibly related thru my mother. We are visiting in Pa from Atlanta and trying to find relatives on my mothers side who came from my grandparents Paul and Sophie Lengyl. Are we related?
Went there for brother in law's birthday. Had reservationsforf 6:30 pm. Arrived there at 6:15. Only to find that our table was given away..I could see if we were late but we were 15 minutes early. If we wanted to wait for a table would be about an hour and half.Owners response " It happens". Will never step foot in there again. Bad business Georgie!!!

Top notch family run restaurant for many years! Known for there mini pieroghys with sour cream! (A must try) The Lengyel family are true professionals in the service industry! A must stop if your in the Nesquehoning area! It's the kind of place you can stop alone for a couple drinks and excellent down to earth conversation, or with a date for an excellent meal and private atmosphere, or just a nice place to take the wife and kids on family night! This restaurant's versatility is unique and fits any needs you have!

please try Lengyel's Restaurant in Nesquehoning and fix your eyes on a delicious fried oyster dinner with baked potato corn to applesauce, and a roll that hard fast service great prices great drinks to clean please thank you all
Stopped in Saturday night for dinner. Don't let the bar in the front fool you, there are tables in the back of the room and also a separate dining room. The place was really hopping! The waitress was working overtime to keep up. I had 6 perogies and a cup of Manhattan clam chowder for appetizers. My wife and I both had ham dinners which came with 3 sides for $11.45 each. They were delicious as were the appetizers and well worth the price. Each dinner had two 3/4" slices of very tasty ham. After all that, we couldn't fit any dessert. The only disappointment was that they were sold out of haluski. Definitely stop in here when in Nesquehoning which is only about 3 miles west of Jim Thorpe, you can't go wrong.
Very friendly people !!!
