It’s a great restaurant. Was just there before new years & it was fantastic!! Loved it. We are regulars there & just have to say the new owners are doing a fabulous job. Delicious & great friendly servers. Drinks are good too. This restaurant will remain my go to place. DMT

New Year’s Eve Dinner with friends, we all agreed the food was amazing! From drinks (I highly recommend the Frostbite Martini) to appetizers (baked mozzarella was to die for) to the main entree (chicken parm was amazing) to dessert (Crème Brûlée simply magnificent) - it was truly the best meal I have had in a long time!

Christmas party for my company and I was so embarrassed that I picked this restaurant. No beef because apparently the table before us ordered it all. Waitress had a table of 40 and so we sat patiently waiting for everything all night. Dessert , let me see what we have left 1 tiramisu, 1 peanut butter pie, 3 cheesecake. We were a table of 9 at 6:30 pm. Will never go here again and neither will any of my employees. Thanks for embarrassing me tonight with such a horrible Christmas dinner for my company!

Stopped here a couple months ago when my car broke right in front of the restaurant. What a happy accident! Sat at the bar and the service and food were amazing. I live over 2 hours away and plan to go back this weekend to grab dinner again, worth the ride!

First time I have eaten here..and is classified as fine dining. In one word..ok. Wife had a shrimp pasta dish..she said was decent. Friend had a pork tenderloin which was ok and the other friend had I think Rigatoni (cause they were out of veal) and barely touched it. Salad was good. I had the chicken parm. It was ok..seasoned and fried nicely but not much to it (very thin). Sauce was good...wasnt very keen on the pasta (a bit mushy and not much sauce)

Not only is Jane the best chef in all of Jim Thorpe, she is the best chef in the entire Pocons area. And I am not just saying this because I find most restaurants in the poconos area just aren't that good, or offer only pizza places... she can spare with the best in any major city. Our waitress Tuesday night was super kind, knew the entire menu in and out including the specials. By the time we left the restaurant we felt like we had a second family. And an amzing dinning experience all around. I would rate this place 100 stars if I could.
Service by Celia was outstanding. We had reservations with our ten month old for my birthday. When we showed up, our table already was set up with menus and a high chair.
I had the ahi appetizer and one of the dinner specials (angel hair with scallops, mussels, and shrimp). Both dishes had plenty of flavor with different additions to that complemented each other. My boyfriend said the same about his veal dish. He was especially impressed with the flavors of the pepper appetizer.
Dinner was finished off with a great chocolate cake dessert. Glad we got away from the hustle and bustle of downtown and were able to enjoy this place.
Also, shoutout to the bartender for the after dessert drink. You were awesome as well!
Will stay at the hotel and eat here next time we’re in the area!

My girlfriend and I were staying at the motel and honestly did not have high expectations for the restaurant. Boy, were we surprised! From the thoughtful Hostess recommending wonderful drinks to Rosie the exceptional server to the amazing food. Nothing about this restaurant disappointed. We both cook and have traveled the world and could not believe how this restaurant in the middle of a stretch of highway in PA could be so wonderfully delicious. We hope that they stay in business for many years to come. We will certainly come back when we are in town.

We had our rehearsal dinner here and the manager was so easy to plan and communicate with. The private room was lovely and the food was fantastic! Delicious food ( pasta, meatballs, sausage, chicken, salad, garlic bread) and the chocolate ricotta cake was amazing. The waitstaff was lovely and gave us all the time we wanted. It was a great experience!!
