Just had food delivered. Callled @12:30 food was here @1:19. Food was ice cold and missing 1/2 of it. Called and they said it was the dashers fault. Ummm does the dasher cook and bag food?

This really isn't a bad McDonalds but there is always some kind of small discrepancy. Examples include sometimes lack of friendliness, food being on the colder side of warm. Very rarely do I get a messed up order though, so props for that!
I have come to this McDonalds numerous times and I will most likely return again.
Went in today and waited 10 minutes for a milkshake and an iced tea that was supposed to be unsweetened. Girl at register busy blabbing with someone. The couple in front of me waited the same for two ice creams. These people want $15/hr. Then let’s show some enthusiasm.

Our food was slow, stale, and served sans sauces or napkins. I have put hours-old mcnuggets in an air fryer and had them come out better.
If you're misfortunate enough to need to stop at this location, don't forget to ask for napkins. They were neither available in the restaurant area nor were they automatically included.

My husband and I stopped for a break on our road trip. We took a bit putting our drink order in since we like our iced coffee barely sweet. Payton kindly stepped out from behind the counter to see if we needed help. She was delightful. She stopped by later to check on us and see if we needed anything else. The restaurant was clean and so were the bathrooms. Nice experience. Thank you Payton. Pittsburgh friends.

Food was OK. Kiosks mean no service anymore. They are all decorated to be so sterile and bland these days. Prices are outrageous but what's new?

My granddaughter ate, I haven’t had this stuff since the early 90s, I prefer healthy food.using the computer kiosk was very impersonal which takes away from what McDonald’s stands for personal service , but the food gets delivered to your table

It doesn't matter if it is slow or busy, the food is always burnt at the Nesquehoning location. I've also seen one too many associates making questionable sanitary decisions.
