I stopped in at this location to pick up an order that I placed online. While waiting at the counter an employee dumped ketchup all over my pant leg and boot. I said ma'am you spilled ketchup all over me. Her response was yeah well I have ketchup on my face. I left without receiving my food and filed a complaint. Will not be returning to this location

This location has been the best I have ever dined at. That says a lot as I am a flight attendant and traveled to many states that had a BK.
The service was A+ from everyone working that day. The restaurant was immaculate. The food is excellent!

Food looked terrible like toddler made it and incorrect special request then seamed annoyed to fix it. Just scrapped off incorrect item and put correct item on sandwich instead or remaking it correctly.

Soda machine needed calibration. Food did not look like menu board and was very messy when eating. Our items took about 12 minutes to our table & I went up to counter a few moments prior to inquire about our order. Once ready, they called my name for me to come back up to counter to get our food despite not being very busy!

My son loves burger king, but everytime I go they mess up my order, forget something... or they pull me around front from the drive-thru and forget my order entirely. I sat out front for 25 mins, finally went inside and they said they didn't even start ny order. I will never go back to this Burger King.
All I ordered was onion rings and french fries. The onion rings were piping hot. The fries were very cold and stale. Went back and asked for fresh fries. They gave us piping hot fries, but didn't salt them. They were rude and not apologetic at all.

This Burger King is not visually appealing by any means. I order to 12 piece chicken fry they were so old they were like bricks. The fries were very under cooked. I didn't have time to go back. I won't be back for a long time !
