I stopped in at this location to pick up an order that I placed online. While waiting at the counter an employee dumped ketchup all over my pant leg and boot. I said ma'am you spilled ketchup all over me. Her response was yeah well I have ketchup on my face. I left without receiving my food and filed a complaint. Will not be returning to this location

This location has been the best I have ever dined at. That says a lot as I am a flight attendant and traveled to many states that had a BK.

The service was A+ from everyone working that day.
The restaurant was immaculate.
The food is excellent!

Highly recommend this BK.

Food looked terrible like toddler made it and incorrect special request then seamed annoyed to fix it. Just scrapped off incorrect item and put correct item on sandwich instead or remaking it correctly.

the restaurant closes at 9 and i went to walk in at like 8:50 and a worker RAN to the door and locked it in my face

Soda machine needed calibration. Food did not look like menu board and was very messy when eating. Our items took about 12 minutes to our table & I went up to counter a few moments prior to inquire about our order. Once ready, they called my name for me to come back up to counter to get our food despite not being very busy!
