The food is awful. Made in front you by people who are constantly wiping their running noses with their hands.The food is disgusting to say the least. If you use the drive thru, you have to pull around round front. For what?…. No other customers are there.

I ordered online and paid with card. When I arrived at drive thru I was told they didn't have what I ordered and I had to choose a different sandwich. I said I don't want a different one and il just get a refund. They said I couldn't get a refund and I had to call corporate. Dud nothing to make it right other than force me to order something I didn't want

I dropped in via drive through on my way home to get a double wopper and a large fry . Simple enough order not difficult at all. Had along day wanting to get home to feed my teenager. Got home he was ready to eat and all he got was the sandwich no fries. So I had to drive back In to get just fries it takes a half hour round trip by the way . I talked to the manager at the time I got the fries I paid for . So I figured I could get atleast a sandwich for the gas it took to go back in . He said he can't give me anything I didn't buy . I have never ,litterly put any negative comment anywhere . But the New Bethlehem Burger King is not worth anyone's money or time. This happened Wednesday December 20, 2023 at about 7:30 when I had to go back in to get the fries . Manager doesn't do his job I should of never had to go back in . I shouldn't of had to check to make sure they are competent enough to do the job. I give them zero stars !! If they would of done like McDonalds has done in past and fix the problem that they made . I wouldn't have to put anything down or hey I probably would of gave them several stars for fixing their mistake .
