My husband called to complain about cold pizza we received and all they said was I’m sorry what do you want me to do about it? Asked to speak to the manager and accused him of cussing to her employee which never happened and hung up on him.

Called at 8:10 p.m four times to order take out and they didnt answer the phone . I don't know why it says they open until 9 p.m because clearly they stop taking orders by 8 and ignore the phone when it rings past 8 because they might have to wait to clean up the kitchen so they are not there a minute past 9. I know when I worked at a pizza shop we were not allowed to turn down customers before the time we closed . Might want to change your close time to 8 and they definitely won't stay open for long at this rate. Sounds like they might want to hire better employees from the reviews I'm reading .

There was either a pubic or curly tipped brown hair in our pizza box, was disgusting wand a waste of the 25$ we spend here for our party pizza. The pizza was also cold in 5 minutes and mushrooms were really mushy and all disgusting.

One of the workers was really rude to me before but I think she has since been fired. Other than that the food and service has been great since and super fast

Ordered pizza and mozzarella sticks tonight. As usual, the mozzarella sticks were soggy which was expected because it probably waited on the pizza to be finished. Opened the pizza box to see a quarter inch of grease layering the top, the cheese wasn’t even melted and the sauce underneath it all was hardly warm. Why is this place still in business? It hasn’t changed since it opened years ago.

I walked in and made a take out order. Waited a short amount of time, they seemed pretty busy, an employee came over with my order and apologized for the wait. I was surprised because I thought it was done pretty fast. The food was also good. In watching the employees as I played on my phone, they seemed to work efficiently and professionally. I was impressed.

spent almost $20 on chicken tenders and fries for literally all of it to be so hard/way overcooked that it couldn't be eaten because it couldn't be chewed.

The food isn't bad but they stop taking calls an hour before they close even if they won't deliver an hour before closing they could atleast take the order for pickup.

I went to pick up my pizza, and it was cold and burnt. Village or Joes, is a better choice if your looking for pizza that’s cooked well.

Their website states deals that this store didn't honor. I even ? confirmed it when I called but still overcharged. Left the store and was 100 feet away then was approached by staff stating they forgot to put the chicken on the chicken salad. 5 employees in the store all of them clueless. They lost my business.

No common sense. No worries, lots of other pizza places.
