Do not go to this subway they have horrible customer service, The manager is the worst, I've ever seen, Doesn't say hello to anyone, Coming in, She is disrespectful to customers, doesn't even know the menu at all, honestly she needs to not be the manager and have someone else take over....it was, The worse experience, I've ever seen and experienced. She doesn't care, About the customer being right at all which I'm sure is still the policy for Subway. I'm saddened to see a business run the way she runs it... honestly I don't see that subway staying around for much longer if someone doesn't change the manager out for a more dedicated, willing to do the job right, Leadership.

Subway is going out no 5 dollar footlong they lost their way. Jersey Mike's is king cost alittle more but you get a hoagie.

I was on my way to a hospital to visit my family member when I saw this Subway conveniently beside the road on the way. It was easy to pull into it because I didn't have to take an exit. It was simply on the way. It was very clean and nice looking on the inside and out. The service however was unfortunately horrible. There were two middle aged woman who ignored us and acted annoyed they had to do their jobs. All my family did was go in to use the restroom and grab a bite to eat. We weren't even greeted or asked what we wanted at all. When I tried to order a woman with brown straight hair in a ponytail responded you "oh great I have to make that in the back." Then when another customer came in she said out loud "Jesus Christ" in a very angry annoyed tone. It wasn't understandable at all because the rest of the store was completely empty. Everytime I've driven past the place it was always empty with no cars parked. We were nice to her, but didn't want to deal with the disrespect anymore especially when she was getting paid to do a job and we were already stresed enough trying to get to the hospital. Hopefully the restaurants up the street have better service. I would never reccomend this place until they learn who they should fire.

I got a B.L.T sub for my wife and she found a bug in the lettuce while eating it. So I will not be returning to that place.

Had coupon two subs for 12.99. Ordered two subs, asked and was told I could use coupon . When time to pay was told couldn't use coupon. Had to pay a different amount, which was seven dollars more for two subs. I felt I should two for 12.99, because that was what I was told originally.

I am a long time Subway customer but my latest visit on 9/17/2023 in New Bethlehem, PA went very poorly. First the Subway app did not work so I could not get my BOGO sub offer. The Subway person said the app was not working so I had to pay full price, Next, when we went to eat the sub, it tasted off, like something was bad in it. We were in a hurry so we waited till we go home to email Subway the SAME day. NO reply from Subway, We waited a week and emailed them again thru their contact form, No reply! In short, we tried to contact them 3 times and 3 weeks later still no reply. I am done with Subway.

Some vegetables in the case had a "frozen" look to them (lettuce, pickle).No oregano!! Never heard of such a thing in a Subway.The server appeared new & not willing to ask for help.The atmosphere looked very appealing from the outside. Inside was okay but could have used some sweeping. The bathrooms needed attention.I was the only one in the restaurant at 7:30P, so not busy & there were 2 girls working.My 1st time here, probably my last.
