how can a place receive thousands for a catering event... and tell you that they don't offer salt and pepper because ZACK seasons everything perfectly??? Potatoes, prime rib and chicken were all bland...

Zack’s catered our small micro wedding 9/21/25. We were blown away by them! Everyone was so personable and the food was DELICIOUS! They made our day extra easy by taking care of setting up, serving, packing up, and cleaning up! 10/10 would recommend!

Zack went above and beyond when we booked last minute for a reception at a family owned cabin in the middle of the woods, near cook forest! Every guest raved about his food, and requested his info., even days after the event. The presentation of everything was beautiful, and the food tasted absolutely incredible. Thanks for being a part of our day, Zack!

We utilized Zack's for our January 25, 2025 wedding. We had 200 guests. From top to bottom we were absolutely amazed with this vendor. Our pre wedding taste test was wonderful. They are very accommodating and allowed us to bring my parents as well. They plated everything beautifully and allowed us to try a variety of foods. Their wedding packages are super reasonable and range greatly to accommodate all budgets. Leading up to wedding day we met with Melissa who was very detailed and took notes of all our wants and needs. She helped us cover every detail for the wedding day. For an additional cost, they also did water service and cleared the tables after the reception. This was SUCH a huge help. They ensured to bring enough help to help serve PLUS clean up and set up. They also provided a grazing table for our cocktail hour which was placed around an ice sculpture. This was absolutely beautiful and truly one of our favorite parts about the wedding. Throughout the whole process they were quick to respond and answer all my questions. Last but certainly not least, the food was AMAZING. Cooking for 200 guests is no small task and they were certainly professionals. Mac and cheese was very creamy. We did a prime rib carving station which was SO tender and carved by Chef Zack himself for guests. We were able to eat this was just a butter knife! Truly from top to bottom, they were very professional and provided exceptional food and service for our wedding. Thank you thank you thank you!

This was our first visit to Zack’s. We were thoroughly impressed with the quality of customer service. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door by multiple employees, & servers who did not just walk by as they were busy tending to other customers. This set an excellent tone for our experience. The Mother’s Day buffet was amazing, with a great selection! During our meal, multiple servers/employees checked in with us & engaged with us & our kiddos. They made you feel like you were a special guest in their restaurant & your business was appreciated! We would definitely recommend Zack’s, as great customer service is harder to come by. It doesn’t cost an establishment anything to provide good customer service, but it leaves the lasting impression on customers. You guys nailed it👍🏼

Great great place and excellent food. No wories about allergic reactions to unlisted stuff contained in most restaurant foods. Fantastic service, recommend food and location and very competitive prices for quality food. Appreciate the staff, everything was perfect.

Had them cater our Christmas party. They were excellent. The food was amazing, the service was just as good. Will use them again!!

Happened across this restaurant for lunch while on a roadtrip through the state, and so glad we found it! Quaint little place on the Redbank Trail. Excellent food and friendly service. Highly recommend the southern fried chicken sandwich!

Took the family here after a football game. Everyone had a great meal. Service was really good but there was a bit of wait for the food to come. It wasn't very busy. Breaded mushrooms were excellent and the burgers were great. The Taco salad was very good. I had steak salad and it was very tasty but the steak was very very tough, almost inedible. I told the waiter and he said everyone has been saying that. So if everyone is saying that then a change should have been made!!

what was the worst dining experience of my life is now an ADA issue. Intentional denigration of the disabled, and in my opinion , done to entertain the staff and "woke" customers. whatever woke really means.
