I hate when something makes me so mad that i'm disrespectful when i'm airing my grievances so for that there's no excuses and even though I did not cross the line, I still apologize.I don't like to be that way but, there is also no excuse for the way in my food was prepared and this was the second time and this time was inexcusable. So poorly made it was pitiful and i couldn't understand why anyone would even do that. So i wouldn't recommend that location but at least they made it right without a hassle even though never apologized

Chose this location specifically as my elderly disabled Mother loves Arby's gyro meal & so does my Fiancee. My Mother wanted the 2 for $7 gyro meal as seen on recent tv commercial. The counter associate nor the young Manager did not honor the special as advertised on TV special unless u have a paper coupon. TV ad doesn't say available only w paper coupon. The 2 for $7 gyro was main reason 4 Arby's food choice 4 my elderly disabled Mother who accompanied me on this visit along w my Fiancee.
Next, this location was out of supplies. Young male manager & counter associate both claimed not ordered, therefore not on truck. Napkins in condiment stand were empty & no other napkin dispenser was visually available to use. I inquired w counter associate girl about napkins & she said she would refill display. Refill never happened on my over 2 hour visit.
Black bowls 2 make steak bowl were not in stock according young Manager & counter associate. Told I had 2 purchase steak nuggets & Mac & cheese as separate items & pay more even though menu picture displayed steak nuggets bowl available 4 lesser price then items purchased as ala carte. I inquired if I may have posted menu price 4 steak nuggets & Mac & cheese instead of being inconvenienced 2 pay more $$$ 4 separate items & was refused.
Ketchup dispenser pump on R side of condiment unit was broken. The L side ketchup pump did work, so we were able to have ketchup for our fries.
My substitute food choices 4 my elderly Mother, Fiancee, & myself were warm & wrapped neatly & the handicap table was clean where we sat. Temperature in restaurant overall was ok, not super hot or cold despite being very windy & cold outside. We all had 2 eat in our winter jackets but that was better that seeing windows all steamed up due 2 temp change from inside 2 outside.
Despite having 2 use my Mother's baby wipes from her elderly needs bag as there were no napkins available the food tasted good, was warm, & pleasantly put on trays by counter associate.

The worst Arbys I’ve ever had.
We could only eat the fries and the drinks and they almost messed up the drinks and honestly the strawberry lemonade tastes funky.
The meat is so hard a dog couldn’t even chew it.
The Mac and cheese looks like it’s been sitting for like 3 hours and the macaroni is all chopped up.
Also they said that they where out of the correct containers so they put the Mac and cheese in a smaller one and as you can see the smaller container makes it so you get less Mac and cheese or it definitely seems that way. You’d think when an establishment does something wrong they’d do extra to make up for it
The chunks or mystery meat that looked to be edible had massive connective tissue I’m fine with fat on steak but that was not even chewable.
Then my girlfriend ordered the 5 piece of steak bites you can see in the picture there are only 4 so employees can’t count.
There is no point in going back to try and fix this because the employees that were there seemed like they there incompetent. When we pulled up to the window the girl handed us a bag and easy like have a nice night. And we were like um we got drinks?
On top of all this the speaker in the drive-thru is jarring it is so loud it will pierce your ears leaving you thinking if you lost hearing.
Honestly I’m incredibly disappointed because all the other times I’ve gotten the steak nuggets they were good.
We were thinking about going back but I’m worried they can’t even make a simple roast beef sandwich right.
I really hope I don’t get sick this meat and food besides the fries and drinks where definitely sitting for too long.
-update I got sick ill go to a different Arbys thanks but no thanks over $23 of food I had to throw out next time I’ll just go to speedway or Marcos the food they make is made to order

I really love all Arby's menu however- the steak nuggets were dry and like leather. Very disappointing.
Stephanie was fantastic and went above and beyond for our customer satisfaction! She was kind and let us modify our order easily to have sauce on the side. She is a gem, and an absolute asset to your business!

The service here is always phenomenal
They just cannot get an order straight in the evening. Out of the 10 times or so I've had food here, its been absolutely 0/10 experience 9 of those times, I guess I got lucky and someone was there to actually run the place for one of my visits. Staff at night is a joke.. every.. time.. it seems - do better?
Take a drive down 18 to Monaca and enjoy and Arby's that won't leave you disappointed. They even have sandwiches not containing a stranger's hair, it's a dream!!

Went and got fish sandwich for lunch today and I go to eat it and see brown slimy lettuce like you can get ecoli from that. Usually never have an issue but come on common sense tells you not to serve this if it looks brown I'd rather you not put lettuce on it if that's all u have. now I'm eating a dry sandwich because the lettuce is in the tartar sauce. The potato cakes weren't cooked all the way and cold. From seeing reviews I won't be going back to this location
Every time I go there, I ask for extra sauce on the side for my sandwich. Every single time, they have made sure that I got that extra side of sauce. This team does a great job getting orders correct.

I ordered a French dip sandwich. There was nobody in the drive-through line, but me nobody in the parking lot not a single car. The girl the cashiers window was very nice. I got home three minutes away after working a 10 hour shift out in this freezing cold weather and the sandwich was cold. The cheese wasn't melted. The bun was stale. There was no sauce or napkins in the bag, so I got no apologies. I got attitude from both people I talked to Stephanie was the name of the manager that got on the phone nothing but attitude I've worked in the food industry and that is not how you deal with crappy food and crappy service.

Filed a complaint, about a week ago. About my experience through drive through still haven’t spoken with TIFFANY that’s supposedly their district manager nor have I heard anything from corporate. This establishment is horrible from the top on down
