Every time I go there, I ask for extra sauce on the side for my sandwich. Every single time, they have made sure that I got that extra side of sauce. This team does a great job getting orders correct.

I ordered a French dip sandwich. There was nobody in the drive-through line, but me nobody in the parking lot not a single car. The girl the cashiers window was very nice. I got home three minutes away after working a 10 hour shift out in this freezing cold weather and the sandwich was cold. The cheese wasn't melted. The bun was stale. There was no sauce or napkins in the bag, so I got no apologies. I got attitude from both people I talked to Stephanie was the name of the manager that got on the phone nothing but attitude I've worked in the food industry and that is not how you deal with crappy food and crappy service.

Filed a complaint, about a week ago. About my experience through drive through still haven’t spoken with TIFFANY that’s supposedly their district manager nor have I heard anything from corporate. This establishment is horrible from the top on down

The changes in staff an management have restored my faith this store is my favorite location! Best crew, best food! Aria and Tiffany are so pleasant and just friendly! Always the best service!

Order chicken blt meal, and hubby ordered 2 for $6 sandwiches, payed ,asked to pull around order would be a min (15 min to be exact) say thanks and off we go, reach in for a fry cold, and said ehh we don't really eat frys so not a huge deal, get home and imagine no chicken on a chicken blt...called and Mgr was very rude, accused me of being aggressive, I wasn't to upset until then, I mean I paid almost 12 bucks for a meal with cold fry and no chicken on a chicken blt, wouldn't even have minded if it would've been bacon that was missing but the chicken.Afterr Mgr was so rude decided to call customer service, mind you this incident happened in March 2024, customer service apologizes and is sending 2 sandwich coupons, here we are end mid July 2024, no coupons and 2 more calls to customer service, NO COUPONS. If store level is rude , customer service can't send a coupon in the mail in 4 MONTHS, wonder what corporate is like, lol, Arby's WAS a favorite go to, but no more. The store in question is located in New Brighton Pennsylvania. I just feel like Arbys is saying who cares about what happened, we do not need your patronage! Message was recieved loud and clear. We are no longer Arbys fans! Still no coupons...

This place is disgusting. Food was horrible and made me sick. The manager was rude too when I called to complain about it. Worst place ever
30 minute wait in drive thru. Had to go in to get my food. As did multiple other customers. It was all cold. Multiple items missing. Items wrong. No sauces that are on the receipt were added. 30 minutes to get an answer via phone. Whoever answered was very rude. Big fat FAIL.
