We ordered general tso chicken, fried rice and egg roll. The fried rice was awful. It had zero flavor or other ingredients. It was rice dyed yellow. No idea what happened to this place as it used to be a go to of ours. For over $55 dollars it was okay but that rice ☹️. Thankfully everything else was edible but I'll be tossing that rice because it has ZERO flavor.
I wasn't very impressed with the overall quality or quantity from China Sea, especially for the price. I paid around $40 to get dinner for two and I feel that what we got wasn't exactly worth the same price that I can get groceries for the week for; especially considering the amount we got only fed us that night and the next night. For the same price, I've had different Chinese places in the area that will put a little bit more "love" into their dishes;...
Their price went up by $2 on all their combo platters and the last few times Iv gotten something from there. It was not worth the $2 increase. Rice was very close to being hard and the main part of the meal has gotten smaller. I would recommend taking the extra 15 minute drive to china house in beaver
