I have never been to Hank's despite seeing it driving by. This is the first time for me and I was worried because it was raining. There is a pavilion to sit under which was nice. I bought the Taco salad which was really good. The El scorcho sauce was really tasty. Pepper heads like me will think it's mild but it has some bite. Staff were friendly and quick with food. Overall a great experience. Get there before Nov 1st because they shut down for the season.

Food was very good. There is a pavilion to eat under. No indoor seating and NO REST ROOMS—not even an outhouse.
Good ice cream and fun place to hangout

Went to eat at Hank's Frozen Custard & Mexican Food - New Brighton, PA tonight.
Line was long.
Staff had some call offs and were understaffed but that don’t stop the ones that were working from continuing to provide excellent service to everyone.
All of the customers were extremely patient and understanding.
Great job Beaver County for continuing to be the best place to live and raise a family.

The tacos are subpar. Ice cream is a hit or miss. Depending on who is making it. Sometimes the sundaes are full of toppings and big. And sometimes it’s half a cup with almost no toppings. There is also people who take up a lot of parking spots with their large trucks or cars, and always staring at people when you enter and exit the parking lot.

Messed up all 3 of our orders and one order of fries looked like they cleaned out the frier to make it. My fries were way over cooked, brown, burnt, crunchy and not one over an inch long.
The lines are long, sandwiches were good just not prepared the way we ordered them. The tacos were good.. milk shakes were very good. They have picknick tables to sit and eat but they fill up quick.

Delicious ice cream. Sooo many choices. It seems odd the custard and Mexican food mix, but it has been my favorite place to go since 1980. Love it!
