Hank's Frozen Custard & Mexican Food

Management needs to institute a serving standard for its employees. One server will make the standard size which is expected while another will not. My wife and I ordered basically the same items and hers was twice the size as mine. I barely got a total of one scoop for a two scoop cone. Sad.

UPDATE: Rather than to give up on a place we love, we went back last night. Everything was like it was previously! These suggestions must really work. Changed to all five stars.

Worst ice cream I've ever had. It tasted funky. I will never try it again.

Classic drive-in frozen custard and Mexican food. It's a local staple and a favorite. A must try and a right of passage eatery in Beaver County.

Always excellent, both sides. But my taco had way too much meat and next to no lettuce. But my PB and Choc cone was the best ever!

Don’t know if they were out of meat or they’re just being cheap. I always get the grilled chicken, steak & fries. I had two pieces of chicken and the rest was all tiny little steak and chicken crumbles. Not one piece of steak larger than a pencil eraser. It was pouring down rain and they forgot the ranch dressing so had to run through the rain again.

Institutional ice cream stop in Beaver County. 5 star custard ice cream and food to go with it.

Please do not go here if you have any special order/s or allergy items. They make a huge deal about it. Charge extra and then give you what you can't have and ask not to have anyhow. Something like NO TOMATOES feels like such a simply enough request. But no you get your food filled with something you ask not to have. Because you can't. Because it could put you in the hospital or worse. I'm glad I looked before I bit into it or I'd be in the hospital right now. Everytime I've been here the service, the pleasantry, the wait time have all been horrible. But today for me was it. Keep not caring about your customers and keep taking their money till you really hurt someone. I got to throw my food and my 12$ down the drain today. Thank you hanks and all employees for your complete lack of care, your rudeness, ignorance, and your bad attitudes in general for your customers and for your negligence. If you dont want to work and you dont want to be there, then dont! Super simple! Never again!

Fantastic custard in a nice family atmosphere with plenty of parking.

Really good ice cream. The black raspberry was so smooth and creamy. A+. Not the nicest setting but they have plenty of tables and a few are under a shelter for shade and protection from rain. Service was great. Lots of parking.

Never Been there before, we were influenced to go there by our Cousin, and it was surprisingly awesome! Will be going again! Nice dine in chairs.

Had a Freezer burned death by chocolate. It wasn’t really death by chocolate either. Over all bad ice cream / custard

Great place for frozen custard and food. Prices are really affordable and the service/atmosphere was great. They have ample parking and seating available and in the event of a hot and/or rainy day, they have a covered seating area. Overall a great place for a quick eat and amazing custard.

Editing review. Quality has dropped over the years. Cold food and expensive. Ice cream is good.
