“In my opinion, the best hotdog restaurants in the Pittsburgh area and USA! I moved to Washington, PA away from where all of these restaurants are located but still make the trek at least once a month to eat at Brighton Hotdog Shoppe. The food, service and employees are always top notch!“

“Yummy food. Staple of my child hood. Don't eat there often because of the grease but take off the "yummy battered coating" and it helps cut the carbs as well as grease intake and still tastes great! I toss out the hushpuppies too. Blech“

“Food is ALWAYS amazing! If they don't get the order right, they do whatever it takes to fix it. Very clean, fast, friendly, and convenient service. No matter how difficult and specific the order is, they're always accommodating and patient. And always work hard to get it right. I always leave happy. (Even though my body isn't happy with me the day after eating it. lol)
Parking: Awkward place for their parking lot, especially because of the location of the entrance to the building.“

I've been coming here since I was a kid, and it's truly remarkable how every bite takes me back. Their chili is phenomenal – it pairs perfectly with that incredible cheese sauce. And don't even get me started on their pasta chili; it's a must-try! The thin-cut fries are always fresh and crispy. While they're famous for their dogs and chili cheese, do yourself a favor and try a griddled burger – pure delight!
And don't forget, Brighton Hot Dog Shoppe also serves breakfast! Their giant, delicious pancakes are a must-try, and they offer a fantastic variety of omelettes to choose from.
Plus, their themed cups are a local staple – you can't open a cupboard in town without seeing one. And for some reason, their Mountain Dew just hits different! Brighton Hot Dog Shoppe isn't just a restaurant; it's a piece of local history.“
