Guy in charge is arrogant and ignorant. Will never give him business after the way he spoke to me.
Let me say, the food was good, the service was not. Staff was pretty rude right from the beginning, as though wr were inconveniencing their day by being there. The place was filthy. We had to clean, what appeared to be sawdust, off the table and chairs before we sat down. Food arrived at the table within a reasonable time frame and, as I said, it was good. Not great, but wasn't disappointing. I had a turkey hoagie and my sister had a fish sandwich. Both were decent size and we were each only able to eat half. Now, though I already hated to disturb the thus far unfriendly staff, I went to the counter and asked for a couple to go boxes. The staff member, who had just come from the restroom and sat down with her phone in her hand, sighed loudly, rolled her eyes and asked what we had. I told her and she brought back 2 pieces of foil and one paper hoagie bag. I wasn't about to ask for another...we made it work. So then I went to use the restroom after wrapping the leftovers, no one else had gone in since the employee. The bathroom was filthy and there were no paper towels. At this I'm left to wonder, if she washed her hands. If so, the she knew there were no paper towels and just didn't care to replace them or did she not wash her hands at all? Overall, not a good experience and will not be returning or even ordering take out at this point.

The Philly Steak was excellent, and the owner was super fun, making it a very enjoyable experience. If in the area, you should definitely check them out.
Do I have to put in a 30$ order for for delivery or am I misunderstanding? Thanks.
Staff was great and polite, pizza was delicious.
My daughter and I are new in town and looking for the best pizza. Kopikos is not it. We ordered a large New York style pie with sausage, pepperoni and black olives which is our go to for toppings. We are from NY and know that you can't just cut large slices and call it NY style. But that wasn't the worst part. It tasted like someone dumped a whole shaker of salt on it. We couldn't even eat it. We even tried taking all the toppings off. I have never in my 47 years had a pizza I could not eat. A total waste of money. I will never ever order from Kopikos or reccomend them. If anyone asks I will tell them this story.
Based off another recommendation, got my extra large pizza with extra sauce and it was very good, refreshing to actually eat real cheese, unlike some national chain places.
I ordered half sausage/pepperoni but got all pepperoni, have to say, at least it came loaded as a topping!
Same with the hoagie, I wanted a steak hoagie with onions and peppers or basically the same thing as their Philly steak (but add lettuce and tomato). The latter was missing.
Zucchini planks were great, dusted with Parmesan cheese and I really liked that the sauce, came piping hot, the little things make this place super special.
I think the girl was kind of new... I look forward to checking them out again because I think they could earn an edit and get a true 5+ stars review

Their pizza is always good, but this past time I ordered a Meatball Sub. So disappointed. The bread was so soggy the meatballs fell through it! I ended up throwing it away. Wasted 15$

Amazing! Stopped by on a trip back to Pittsburgh and had my little pizza socks blown right off.
Detroit style pizza. Crispy crust. Cheesey Center.
Hand cut “boneless wings” were out of this world…11/10 have to try them.
The owner checked in to make sure everything was up to par…which it was.
You have to stop in this place!!

Ordered dinner through slice app. Wings where incredible as always. Pizza and pepperoni roll were burnt underneath. Pepperoni roll wasnt edible. Pizza we were barely able to eat. Basically had to throw everything out. Offered 20% off. That's $8 off of food we couldn't eat. Ridiculous!

So I tried to order a pizza online and even though I didn't use any type of app, I just went to their website paid for it with my card. money came right off my card, but then the guy calls me and tells me he can't deliver it. I offered to come pick it up, I just want my tip back for the delivery he says no so now I got to cancel it through my bank account.
And the bad thing is is I really like this places pizza but after this I'll never eat there again that's just how I am 48hrs to get $50 bucks. So for tonight I've now dropped $100 even and DOMINOS IS on the way
