The cashier didn't want to break a large bill for a large order and told me to go across the street after I explained that is all I had. I ended up having to call and ask for my dad to use his card then give him the cash when I saw him as a thank you. Besides that the pizza was amazing and I would go there again just not with cash.

If I wanted plain bread, I would have opened the loaf of bread I had in my kitchen. I also could have done without the delivery girl putting me on the spot for a tip when I already tipped once. 🙄

gave doordash people the wrong order apparently. said they were gonna resend the food to our house. food never came, they closed, and took our money! amazing! disputing the charge on my card now. unprofessional. DISRESPECTFUL GUY ON PHONE AS WELL! whoever lied and said they brought our food last night, rude as heck. never ordering from here again. you guys should be shut down.
Nothing but good things to say. We order pizzas for work parties from here and they always have them here on time and the pizza is always fantastic. They really make a good dough. I've visited the Marco's pizza locations up in Erie, PA too and they were awesome up there as well. Thanks Marco's! I will be back :-)

I ordered a pizza online on October 23, 2024 like I've done dozens of times but this time they never showed up. I received an order confirmation so I know they received the order. I've never received an explanation from them despite reaching out to the manager. I order from Domino's now. Domino's shows up reliably in about 16-18 minutes.

I ordered Marcos pizza 🍕 a couple days ago. Large pepperoni with some cheese sticks. When it arrived ate a couple of slices of pizza. 30 mins later passed by I was going to get cheesesticks. Opened up the box and a Cockroach 🪳 comes running out. I called them asked if I can ask a refund for the cheese sticks. They told me “ it’s highly impossible we have cockroaches” I told them “ I can show them a picture with the receipt next to it. They told me “ you probably had it out to long.” JUST WATCH OUT WHATS INSIDE YOUR GUYS FOOD .”

Placed a $200 order for delivery for special needs kids. The system switched it to pick up even though the delivery address was verified to still be on the order. Called the restaurant for assistance. The manager Jeff, agreed to deliver the food and proceeded to hang up on me. Very rude! This is definitely a one and done deal for me.
