I ordered a pizza online on October 23, 2024 like I've done dozens of times but this time they never showed up. I received an order confirmation so I know they received the order. I've never received an explanation from them despite reaching out to the manager. I order from Domino's now. Domino's shows up reliably in about 16-18 minutes.

I ordered Marcos pizza š a couple days ago. Large pepperoni with some cheese sticks. When it arrived ate a couple of slices of pizza. 30 mins later passed by I was going to get cheesesticks. Opened up the box and a Cockroach šŖ³ comes running out. I called them asked if I can ask a refund for the cheese sticks. They told me ā itās highly impossible we have cockroachesā I told them ā I can show them a picture with the receipt next to it. They told me ā you probably had it out to long.ā JUST WATCH OUT WHATS INSIDE YOUR GUYS FOOD .ā

Placed a $200 order for delivery for special needs kids. The system switched it to pick up even though the delivery address was verified to still be on the order. Called the restaurant for assistance. The manager Jeff, agreed to deliver the food and proceeded to hang up on me. Very rude! This is definitely a one and done deal for me.

I ordered garlic Parmesan wings x2 for kids I was babysitting and they were spicy garlic Parmesan they couldnāt eat them Iāve ordered garlic Parmesan wings from several places never were they spicy

Never had a bad meal from this Marcoās location. Even today, with one employee working, our large order was made fresh and correctly. A great place for affordable, football Sunday pizza!

The driver was very rude. My son was on the porch and told the driver to give him the pizzas but she put them on the porch. Instead of handing them to him which mind you, they were two mediums when he said thank you twice she walked away like she did not hear him so when I called over to make a complaint to my local Marcoās, he tried to tell me sheās soft-spoken. He probably didnāt hear her which I informed him. I have a camera outside. I went back and I played it. She didnāt say youāre welcome. Have a good day anything Anytime you call the local to file a complaint they always have some reason to why their driver was the way they are or the pizza was messed up itās not always bad. But I will say when something isnāt right or they have an attitude and you called the over there they seem to have some excuse for everything
