The reason for only 2 stars is because my sub didn't looks like a sub lettuce, tomato, onion everything, I open it and had this white stuff looked disgusting, took off , the second this is my pizza wasn't done , greasy as all hell I asked for oregano didn't get that the prices are already high so my food should be the way I want it ,should look great and taste delicious not this time very sad

We ordered a large meat lovers pizza and 1 Italian sub and 1 cheeseburger sub. The delivery was faster than expected and I did not have the pizza but my son in law said it was awesome. I had the cheeseburger sub. 1st the hamburger patties were amazing tender and juicy,2nd the roll hand made and soft and delicious. This roll did NOT come out of a bag. The sub was well put together and perfectly portioned additional toppings. I have rarely enjoyed one more. The delivery driver was prompt and polite, my sub was still warm . I highly recommend this restaurant. Great job all around quality food.

I've been getting food from Millie's for about 10 years now. The food is always excellent. Once in a while there's a small mistake but considering they help the young community by employing some kids as their first time job, I can see past it. All in all this place is a must if you're in the area or even passing through.

We were staying in a little camper / Airbnb in Duncannon and we decided to go find something for dinner...we were Googling places and suddenly my little lady looked to her right and there was Milly's Pizza. We stopped and ordered a large pizza with pepperoni and onions. We took it back to out Airbnb...OMG !!!!!!!!!! THAT WAS THE BEST PIZZA I'VE HAD IN A LOOOOONG TIME. The staff were quite professional and very curious. An amazing experience...thank you soon much...

We stumbled into this place while riding our motorcycles back to VA through some awesome trails in the PA area. Family owned and operated. Everyone was very friendly and the pizza was fantastic. Spoke to the owner for a bit about motorcycles, MTB, and Drones…. Instantly felt welcome. Small-town hospitality done right.

We got a seasonal site at riverfront campground, and Millie’s was highly recommended by some long term residents. The great thing is they deliver directly to the campsite, and you don’t have to worry about them finding you. They also take cards upon delivery. We’ve been ordering all season, and the owner surprised us with a little gift, can’t beat the service, and the pizza is always hot and fresh. If you’re staying on the juniata river side, Millie’s is definitely a must try! Definitely makes it easy when you don’t feel like cooking!

Very disappointed with the service we received this evening. We typically really enjoy this place but tonight's experience left us questioning if we'll ever return. Ordered a large pepperoni pizza and a order of mozzarella sticks. Was charged $34.97 and when my fiance returned home, he questioned why it was so much? Our mozzarella sticks were also burnt, cold and thrown in a brown paper bag with no sauce. No complaints with the pizza. I called to question the total charged and the girl on the phone was very unprofessional, unapologetic and quite rude. Was told we were overcharged *after* asking how much both items cost and a unknown amount would be refunded back onto our card, then hung up on without another word. I called back and was told when "he" gets time, "he" would refund the card and rushed off the phone before I could speak. I then called back again to ask that "he" please call me when "he" has time. This is awful customer service. *If* I do receive a phone call back and things are made right, I will update my review.

We were out of town in search of dinner and couldn’t have been more pleased. Delicious pizza - might have ruined the local pizza shop at home for me though - and friendly staff. Definitely worth a visit!
