The buffett was pretty bad last night, lots of cold/dry and old food was out. The buffett was 12 dollars but as far as I could tell it was all boxed or frozen foods you could buy from the store yourself. Wasnt worth it sadly

The clerk that was checking people in ( Alexa) was not pleasant at all. We had to wait longer than ever before to get a seat. We sat near the cash register and witnessed 95% of the people coming in had to wait for Alexa to come back out from chatting and getting herself drinks, playing on her phone. Waitresses had to keep calling for her....horrible The person taking care of desserts ate the whole time we were there. She wore no gloves in between her eating, cutting pieces of dessert and the pizza......yuck Salad bar person put a new bowl of lettuce on top of other to empty his hands. Think the board of health needs to be called This place is disgusting AND the food was just mediocre.....NOT GOOD!!!!!!

Got take out and they didn't make one of the meals, then did not give us the fries we ordered. The steak was sub par, which for a steakhouse is disappointing.

Was told they would have ham loaf on the buffett wed and thur went there specifically for that because it is so good well it was not on the menu after all very dissapointed. Was told by employee it would b. The backed chicken was dry and not enough bbq sauce. The pork chops dryed out. The stuffing is stove top. Plus side the beef gravy was very good. The rolls very fresh. The waitress was very nice.

We came in with a small child (needed a booster seat) never received one. My boyfriend had to go to the front to ask for one after about 10 minutes. Waitress NEVER took dirty (empty(dishes) after use. Also wasn't that busy dury this time about about 15 other tables (20 people all together) Food was great. Would give 5 stars over buffet all together but all watistres seems stuck up

I normally have good service at this location but tonight 10/16/2024 about 1800 I did not .
The food did not taste fresh, the vibe in general seemed blah.
The most disappointing thing about tonight was the meatloaf I only manage to get one slice and I waited for almost 30 minutes and they did not bring any out until we were was leaving.
Definitely not worth the 40 dollars I spent on our meal.
The waitress was great and on the ball with service.

A disgrace of place! Dirty, horrible staff, food looked like it had never seen seasoning in its life. I’ve had better experiences in a Taco Bell, smells bad, people look like they had never experienced happiness in life the will to live simply left my body the second I stepped in, my brother, who has asthma, almost died from all the dust. Never again!

We hadn't been to one before and didn't know what to expect. The cashier wasn't really helpful about what to expect (how we get our drinks, ordering non-buffet at the front register, tipping, etc.) Our actual waitress who brought the drinks was very nice. Everything was clean and the food was good.

We went there on 9/9/2024 and we got there at 6:30 pm order the salad bar and got up to get some food have the pans where empty and what was there was all dry like it's been there more then the alot time allows then to go to the salad part of it they where taking off so another lady was Standing there and make a comment about this and I replied saying it's bullshit that you pay 32 $ to eat and there's nothing there to eat so some of the wait staff heard me and went and talk to the manager he look at me and did nothing so don't go to this place it's not worth it bye any means we left there hungry place is rate at a zero point blank. It's rated a 3.5 and it sounds be rated at a 0

I have not been to a Bonanza in 15 years but had fond memories. Just ate here and every single food item was perfectly done. Very clean and nice environment. The buffet used to be part of the meal but now you have to order it separately. Steak I ordered came out perfectly cooked but the buffet itself would of been enough. Lots of choices, enough to make several different meals...I tried almost all of them and they all tasted great! Can't say enough good things about this restaurant.
