We hadn't been to one before and didn't know what to expect. The cashier wasn't really helpful about what to expect (how we get our drinks, ordering non-buffet at the front register, tipping, etc.) Our actual waitress who brought the drinks was very nice. Everything was clean and the food was good.
We went there on 9/9/2024 and we got there at 6:30 pm order the salad bar and got up to get some food have the pans where empty and what was there was all dry like it's been there more then the alot time allows then to go to the salad part of it they where taking off so another lady was Standing there and make a comment about this and I replied saying it's bullshit that you pay 32 $ to eat and there's nothing there to eat so some of the wait staff heard me and went...
I have not been to a Bonanza in 15 years but had fond memories. Just ate here and every single food item was perfectly done. Very clean and nice environment. The buffet used to be part of the meal but now you have to order it separately. Steak I ordered came out perfectly cooked but the buffet itself would of been enough. Lots of choices, enough to make several different meals...I tried almost all of them and they all tasted great! Can't say enough good things about this...
