The food was tasty, however, nothing special or nothing new. The staff were pleasant. The environment was relatively clean. I would come here again.

The service was great this morning. Once i placed my order, i got my food within 5 minutes! The early morning service here is fast and great!

We were unfortunately sat right outside the kitchen. You could tell from the chatter and noises that they were having a rough night (actually heard one employee chew out another employee for double seating). Food took an exceptionally long time. Server was friendly enough, but clearly frazzled. One of the people at our table had a really good meal of the roasted chicken, while the rest of us endured lukewarm, subpar dishes. Another of our dining partners had the sirloin, which was well done in most spots, when she requested medium rare. The next night she got the same cut and same size of steak at Longhorn Steakhouse for only 50 cents more, and was ordered to her liking and more flavorful. That sums it up nicely. We used to love going to Bob Evans. While their mission statement remains the same (according to the back of their menu) , their commitment to service and quality food has deteriorated. Wish they could discover why that happened, and fix it.

Dropped a star due to the restaurant being a bit dirty (some debris on the floor) and seating us next to another party in an empty restaurant (we were there on an off time). Otherwise, a good experience. Food was good. Service was good. Will go back again.
