I use to live in the neighborhood and got food very often because it was always good and made right, not to mention the quantity you get for the price is unmatched by any other shop.(or grocery store) We moved over 30 minutes away and still make the drive often. .“

“Delightful building, fabulous hoagie, so very fresh and de-lici-ous very friendly owner, enjoyed eating in the adorable dining area. Loved it!!! We were so hungry (had to fast for bloodwork) I didn't take pictures, we devoured the food! I took a photo of the outside to show my friends. Do go if you like good hoagies, I got the Italian, next time the Philly :-) We've been to Pat's and Gene's in Philly many times, I expect them to be great here too!“

“I recommend The Cheesesteak Guy for the food not for the service. Stopped in today shortly after opening and the young woman taking our order stood at the register braiding her hair. She continued to play with hair while answering the phone. This is very unprofessional and inappropriate not to say also unsanitary. Do your hair before work!!“

“I've had alot of cheesesteaks over the years, some good, some bad, some awesome. This was awesome! Let's start with the bread...alot of the places around here have tough bread, this bread was soft in texture and still had an airy firmness to it. The Meat itself tasted like it was slow marinated and grilled to perfection!! Onions added a great touch, here's a tip, get the mayo instead of the marinara sauce, true philly icon right here in Harrisburg. Best steak I've had outside of Philly tbh, 10/10. Customer service was excellent as well.“

“Normally a great experience at Home Slice with great food. Point of criticism to work on is having your staff better communicate wait times. Arrived at the time I was told it would be ready. Was then told 10 more minutes, fine. Food wasn’t ready for an additional 45 min. Clearly wasn’t in the process of being made when told 10 more minutes (a pizza and 2 subs doesn’t take that long to make)“
