It's a bar which we didn't know we thought it was a restaurant with a bar in it, until we got there and had to sit at the bar where a bunch of drunks kept yelling and trying to talk with us while we ate. There was kids running around and Food was very spicy. Definitely won't be back!!!Kid-friendliness: There where children there

Wanted a place close to the movie theater for dinner with friends before the show. Stumbled across this place…and glad we did. Excellent food at a reasonable price. Homemade dough for the pizza and Stromboli. Service was very friendly and fast. It is a bar/tavern, so it isn’t fancy, but it is a great find on our part. We will be back.

Wow. Coming for a movie at the theater around the corner with friends and wanted dinner somewhere close by. Stumbled across this place...and we are so glad that we did. I love these small local places. We had Stromboli...and it was amazing. Homemade dough...yum. The wife loves the pretzel logs and I also had delicious cheesesteak egg rolls. Big portions...good prices. The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to get us what we needed / wanted. It is a bar/tavern...so, definitely nothing fancy, but still not bad. We were very impressed. The menu has Italian entrees listed as well, but we stuck to more basic options. We will certainly be back for friends nights. Thanks for a good dinner.

Surprisingly good food in this secret locals bar and restaurant. Highly recommend. Food takes a while but is great. Grandma's Sunday Gravy is fantastic. Pizza very good. Burger huge. Cheese Steak excellant (the roll is incredible). Try it, you'll like the food very much. The staff is also very friendly and interesting. Recommend sitting at the bar or the standalone dining room.

Normally food is good but tonight Beer was flat I got the “Hot roast-beef” new on menu, skip it! For $15.50 get the cheeseburger. I got chips- looked liked they dumped the scraps from bottom of bag. Bread not toasted no “heat” to the Hot sandwich not a good Fratelli’s night disappointed.

Just wow... First time here, party of 4 adults. Had Mamma"s meatballs and fried raviolis for appetizers, they were amazing. Next up was the side salad with fresh greens, they even have hard to find creamy Italian dressing. Rolls are warm and also fresh. 2 burger orders at our table, so delicious, tender and juicy not frozen, actual smash burger. Homemade marinara sauce over gnocchi and an order of fettuccine alfredo. We will be back.

Been here before, but came back and will continue to come back. Pitcher of beer is worth it over the cost of a pint. Cocktails seemed stingy on the pour, so go for a shot or stick with beer instead. Ordered a CBR pizza with fried chicken, but came out with grilled chicken. They apologized. Outcome: delicious. We decided the fried chicken may have been a bit much because of the loads of bacon they put on the pizza, so fate pushed us in the right direction! Their pizza dough is made in house and you can tell. Snagged a side pic of the pasta next to us- guessing this was the rigatoni bolognese. Huge portions. I was happy to see rolls come out with a large salad because they used to come with sesame seed bread and I can't do sesame seeds. Bartender was friendly and just the right level of chatty with everyone around the bar. Definitely a place locals hang. Will be back to try the hot hoboken and some pasta dishes.

I wanted to share my experience at Fratelli's. The owner was more interested in programming the televisions than providing service. He poured the wrong beer, citing its been a long time since doing this. The food order was wrong, and the taste was below average. If you are not a "regular" be prepared for sub par service. The staff and owner also allowed drunk customers to be loud and obnoxious to others who were simply minding thier own business. Honestly, Fratelli's is not worth the price.

Cool little spot. Owner and employees are very nice. Had the bar pie and grandmas. Both were very good. Bar pie was a good change up from everything else in the central pa area. Wings are supposed to be good, I'll be trying them next time. Highly suggest trying this place out if you haven't already. Bar pie- 8.2 Grandmas- 8.6. One bite everybody know's the rules! Ba

I don't like the fact the kitchen closes early but when you do catch it when the kitchen is opened it's really good food. Great specials too.

My second time at Fratelli's. I think this place is a gem - if your grandmother made food like this you'd be at her house twice a week. It's Italian but home style, not pretentious but made by people who really care about the food - you can't get better than that. This isn't just sauce out of a jar - I know a homemade Bolognese or Marinara when I taste one, and even the salads show the kitchen is paying real attention. If you like good homemade food, you'll love this place
