I mobile ordered food for me and my daughter. 6 nuggets. I waited over an hour for them and even ordered fries when I got there (which I got 10 mins after ordering them at the store). The male employee working the front was rude and ignored the people who ordered after me who wanted a refund because they were also waiting. I stopped Yesterday and your drive-through took over 15 min. I waited over 5 min at the pick-up window with no contact from anyone. I finally got someone's attention and asked for my money back so I could leave "uhh ok" was all I got, the food finally made it and not sorry or anything.
not entirely sure what happened here but whatever it is it’s disgusting. it smells like a grease trap.. really really foul. not sure how burning only a part of the burger happens but it’s nasty.
