We placed a Door Dash order earlier and three hash browns were supposed to come with the order. Not one hash brown made it into the bag. Need to do better, McDonald’s. That’s the best part of your breakfast and we didn’t get to enjoy it today.

When I contacted the restaurant about a missing fry order from order I called and spoke to the manager on duty Mike/Mark (memory prob on my end) but he was more that apologetic and went above and beyond to correct the situation. A big kudos to him. Employees like that are a rarity these days with most retailers acting like you're the criminal when they mess up. Thanks again and keep up the positive vibes.

I’ve complained before and management has taken it seriously but unfortunately it’s bad again! I ordered a quarter pounder and it was so old, dried up, almost rubbery. Disgusting!! What happened to the cooked fresh and juicy quarter pounder?? And I asked for fresh hot fries which I knew I’d have to wait for. But they were NOT fresh or hot. They just reheated old fries. HOW STUOID DO YOU THINK WE ARE??? DONT go here!

Took my 77 yearl old dad to McDonald's per his request. He enjoyed his chicken sandwich and frys. The food was hot. Staff were friendly and wished us a happy Thanksgiving 😊. We went through the drive through. Ordering was fast. Didn't take long to get our food or drinks. For 2 medium meals was $25.00. I ordered a dq sandwich with cheese no bacon. My sandwich had bacon on it. Someone messed up.
Vegetarian options: Didn't notice any vegetarian options.
This mcdonalds is clean and the food always comes out fast, I go here often and Its always good. The manager Justin does a outstanding job and deserves a raise, He is always nice and professional and is Very hardworking.

Scheduled for an interview here awhile ago. Waited more than 30 minutes with zero acknowledgment of my presence after I informed the cashier of my interview time and arrival. The person he informed could be heard saying “Who? Her?” and walked away. I still waited. I watched as 3 “suits” walked around, past me and near me pointing out faults of the building and what they want done. Still zero acknowledgment. I still waited. After the suits left, I eventually informed the cashier that I was leaving as I had waited long enough.
Went to another Mickey’s for coffee. Was told that is how they do things there.
It’s cool. I would not have fit in to such a horrible environment.

Food was good enough. Having to park in a spot to wait for such a small order during a slow time was unusual. Having to wait long enough to drive back through the drive thru to ask about the order is disappointing. Getting an attitude with the dissappinting service is unacceptable. Prices go up and service goes down, keep it up McDs.
