Me and a friend were passing by after a 2 hour drive from NJ. The service was great. Waitress said that there was going to be await, expecting 20-30ish mins, but got served in about 10. The food was great, tasted super freash if I'm ever traveling here again. I'll definitely stop by A slice of brooklyn.

Time and time again I have always told them what not to put on my burgers and subs, but everytime they always end up putting the stuff on anyways. Pizza is always good but just tired of ordering subs and having to remove everything I told them not to put on.

Why say that ur open till 9pm but when calling in for a order for pick up at 8 30pm, you say u aren't taking anymore orders. Won't be ordering anymore from them

We ordered delivery. The food was lukewarm. Pizza barely cut. Forgot our two orders of fries. We ordered online. The MANAGER, if you wanna call her that, said we didn’t order fries to then come back and say oh you did. The fryers are shut down we can give store credit. We said we don’t want credit we want fries or a refund. Refused. Got an attitude with us when they messed up and brought crap to our house. Will NEVER order again. Would NEVER recommend and will turn away as many people as possible from spending money with them. RUDE & bad food. Don’t waste your time.

We always order for delivery. I've ordered many times! The pizza is fantastic! I have never been disappointed with the food, and the deliveries are always fast. ?? ? ?
I come here on my lunch break and I have to spend 20 minutes of my lunch break waiting to get two slices of pizza….My other coworker came in here and says he spoke Spanish to the owner and told him to make it fast, he got his order before mine and then they messed up my order so I left and then they told me I can never come back….Their hostess are very rude and they don’t know customer service there used to be a younger lady she was the bosses wife and she was very respectful but until she left that place it seems like you guys are just desperate for workers and you’re hiring people who don’t know how to take orders..So after waiting 20 minutes for two slices of pizza today I figured they were gonna give them to me for free cause she just handed them to me so I went to walk out the building and she said what you’re not going to pay for them I said let’s go I only have a 30 minute lunch you don’t wasted 20 minutes of it and she took my pizza back.. no my issue you waited on 5 other people and they got there food in a timely matter.. I wasted 20 minutes out of a 30 minutes lunch break once again to get treated badly!!My opinion you should stop hiring junkies and actually hire people that know what they’re doing have fun with OSHADirty ceiling tiles roaches in the bathroom flies coming in and out of the drive-through window.. more than half of the time I went there the soda machine never works.. no wonder they have a 3.5 out of five star rating!!
Parking: The parking lot sucks there’s no line to tell where you’re supposed to park, and they couldn’t even plow it when the snow came
Kid-friendliness: It’s a knock off of Brooklyn Pizza from New York City there’s nothing friendly for kids there the service is lousy
