We utilized Catering by Jon Lowe for our wedding. The tasting experience was amazing, and working with them leading up to the wedding was organized. The service at the cocktail hour as well as the hors d’oeuvres were exceptional. However, the dinner service was horrible. They started serving dinner almost an hour and a half later than the schedule we provided them. This, unfortunately, pushed back a lot of the other events that we had planned for the reception. They also did not inform us that they were required to close down the bar during this time. So, this meant that our outside hired bartender did not serve drinks for almost one hour to our guest. Most of our guests ended up not eating because people were already dancing. We are very disappointed with how the dinner went. Would recommend them for a smaller event but not a wedding.

I cannot say enough good things about John Lowe and his team. Even before our tasting they had incredible communication and flexibility with us as we were planning our wedding from out of state. During our tasting, my husband, father, and I ate like kings and felt we were treated like family!

On the day of, our guests raved about the poached pear mocktails, and quite a few said it was some of the best “wedding food” they’d had! And having Lex assigned to take care of my husband and I throughout the event was a godsend. One of my clearest memories of the day was Lex sneaking my husband hors d'oeuvres between pictures —she had our whole bridal party chuckling. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

John Lowe & his catering team were absolutely fantastic through our wedding planning experience and on the day of. We are so grateful to have chosen them for our big day. Cannot recommend Catering By John Lowe enough! Every guest loved the food, all the way down to the deserts. Jon and I are foodies so that was important for us and were so happy to hear that everything turned out amazing! We did family style - and the guests loved how unique that was too!

Catering by John Lowe provided the catering for our 120 person wedding this last weekend and we are absolutely thrilled that we used them! They made the entire process seamless for us from the tasting to choosing our menu, and helping us to plan the set-up and flow of the reception. The food was outstanding! Our guests could not stop raving about it! We also had our own personal server to bring us apps and deliver our dinner from the buffet. She was so sweet and helpful. All of the servers were friendly and happy. On top of all of this, we were able to enjoy leftovers that they packaged for us the next day! This was one of the best choices we made for our wedding day!

This team truly sets the standard for excellence! From the tasting to our wedding day, everyone was so kind, detail oriented, communicative and accommodating. We had several guests with dietary restrictions and allergies, and all of these considerations were taken seriously when creating our seated dinner menu. As expected, we were wowed by the quality of the food on our wedding day and so thrilled with the personalized service we received, from cocktail hour to our sweetheart table! We enjoyed the boxed-up leftovers in the following days as we decompressed from the big event and appreciated that this food didn't go to waste thanks to their diligence. To put the cherry on top, all of the food presentation was beautiful (but not overdone), and they even took care of trash removal at the end of the night for a small additional fee. Highly recommend!

John Lowe and his team did an incredible job! All of the guests raved about the food and they loved that it was family style. There were so many unique additions that John Lowe provided and everything was delicious.
