Definitely not impressed!!! My name is Anthony and my nickname is Tony. The name Tony (which is only a nickname) was on the sign for a free pretzel wrap I went in there to get my free wrap and they said to get a free wrap your name has to be Tony!!!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND they will take you across any chance they get!!!!!! Would recommend Hayloft Ice Cream any day over these crazy people!!!!!! Another thing is there pretzels are not fresh they come out of the display case and microwave them for you!!! I am not happy about this one bit!!!!!!!!

Fantastic soft pretzels. Some of the best in all of Lancaster. Tried the plain, everything, and cinnamon sugar varieties and all were good. Baked perfectly with a soft, chewy center.

We absolutely loved Dutch Country Soft Pretzels – hands down the best pretzels we’ve ever had! The soft pretzel nuggets were fantastic, and it was such a pleasant surprise to find they also had gluten-free pretzels for our daughter with celiac, which she really enjoyed. The pretzel breakfast sandwich was amazing – so fresh and delicious. We loved it so much we ended up going twice during our 5-day trip to Lancaster and Hershey. Definitely a must-visit spot!

Bacon, egg and cheese pretzel, hot dog and cheese pretzel and meatball parm pretzel all highly recommended. Traditional Dutch pretzels are also amazing. I live 90 minutes from here but will def be back.

The BEST soft pretzel I've ever had! Definitely eat at the store, or at least reheat at home for a few minutes in an air fryer. I took them home on a trip and the cheese steak wrap became a bit soggy. The meatball parmesan wrap was delicious.

Dutch country soft pretzels, has the BEST homemade pretzel wraps, and hand made pretzel everything else! They also have many local handcrafted foods and desserts that satisfy my taste buds and sweet tooth every time! The staff is friendly and happy to serve you! It is a must stop every time you’re in Lancaster!
