I have never been to a Pizza Hut like this before. Very dark and dingy. Had to place order at counter. They brought pizza in a take out box to table. No napkins, plates, or silverware. I understand maybe short-staffed but it was bad. Went to rest room. Dirty entry door and door on stall was missing. Needless to say, will not be back. Who knows what shortcuts were taken in the kitchen.
My husband and I were eagerly looking forward to enjoying the Sunday pizza buffet. It was a MAJOR disappointment. It started with me not getting tap water when asked. A lot more, but can't type it.
This Pizza Hut and their manager are the WORST!!! I ordered a pizza online at 10:45, paid online....drove 25 mins to go pick it up. I get there and was called to be told that their registers were down so they can't fulfill my order. I told them that doesn't make sense to me and I'd like the pizza I ordered.
