I have never been to a Pizza Hut like this before. Very dark and dingy. Had to place order at counter. They brought pizza in a take out box to table. No napkins, plates, or silverware. I understand maybe short-staffed but it was bad. Went to rest room. Dirty entry door and door on stall was missing. Needless to say, will not be back. Who knows what shortcuts were taken in the kitchen.

Since they no longer offer service the experience was pretty bad. Not aware of the changes , they could have at least told us. We sat down and were ignored. When I got up and asked, it was almost to much trouble to explain it to us. The food was mediocre at best.

A few places we were going to go either was crowded or closed and kinda got a pizza craving and decided to go to. Went in late afternoon/early evening. If you are looking for a sit down experience pass this place. They only offer the buffet lunch on Sunday I believe and seem to only care about dining in probably at that time. I asked if they did salad buffet during lunch and the female server pointed to the buffet lunch sign. With that I should have realized the service we're going to get. We said there's going to be two for dine in and she said you had to place your order at the register. So we ordered our pizza and then said we wanted to fountain drinks, she said they only offer 20 oz bottles or 2 l. We got our 20 oz sodas and went to a table, younger guy came over with the pizza in a takeout box. I went up to the counter after he dropped it off to ask for plates, an older guy said we're out of paper plates so offer them the regular plates. Really disappointing.

Something wasn't right with our take out pizza on Tuesday... the crust was thin and tasted like half cooked pretzel dough .. Was supposed to be pan pizza 🤷♀️

We ate at this Pizza Hut on Friday, 10/18/2024 around 12pm. There was only one other table & no pick ups the first 1/2 hour we were there. The female employee was so rude & nasty! We eat out a lot & never witnessed this type of terrible behavior - really bad!! Someone called an order in & she was screaming at the person in the phone & slammed the phone down. It was unprofessional that she was talking like this in front of us- looked like she was showing off. Food was hot & wonderful! If we visit your Pizza Hut again, I’ll check first to see if she’s working.

We had a bad experience today with a rude manager, we were me and my family to order a pizza ,first she showed a negative attitude to us and started yelling for no reason,when we heard that we canceled right away the order ,and we left all ,it was 2.30 pm on Saturday September 28,she sooo mine,bytheway we always eat there but the manager was a nice guy ,this is the first time we saw her she has to be fired, and learn how to treat the customers ,we will never back to pizza hut anymore.

Worst place to deal with when you call in you don't even go to the store they have to transfer you this is the worst setup. Then no one answers the phone you are put on hold so long that the pizza shows up at your door before they answer the phone. So in water they really need to go to in-house phone answering and actually answer the phone in the timely fashion. Used to love Pizza Hut but will not be using their services any further.

My husband and I were eagerly looking forward to enjoying the Sunday pizza buffet. It was a MAJOR disappointment. It started with me not getting tap water when asked. A lot more, but can't type it.
