I love their food ,never ate inside, always picked up. But their pleasant on the phone and when they come to the window. That in itself makes a pleasant atmosphere.

We ordered a cheese steak and fries, for the price of the meal it should have been good, but the cheese was hard to find and the fries were over cooked and hard.

We moved from chester county to lancaster county about 15 years ago and have tried just about every pizza place in lancaster to find a place that tasted just as good as home. When we finally hit Sals we new this was the spot! Not only are the people working there are super friendly an awesome....the food is absolutely fantastic!!!! The only place we ever get take out from,and I do mean EVER!!!! And they care about their customers as well. I was very very sick for a few yes and the boss Fabia ( please forgive me my friend if I spelled your name wrong) would ask my hubby how I was doing every time he would go pick something up and tell him to let me know he was thinking about me. I make them cookies at xmas. Best place up this way.

I don’t normally do this, but I am tired of getting horrible pizza!
This was our first order. We went by the pictures of their pizza on the website. Our pizza did not look like the pictures. The amount of cheese on Sicilian pizza was gross and it wasn’t cooked, it was white! The crust was so thin that it flopped when you held it. We also got a regular pizza too and it was not good either, cooked better, but not good. We will not be returning.

Food was ok, not the worst but not worth 16$. I called for a pick up order and the lady was rude. Asked for 8 piece wings, they said they only had 5 or 10 so I get 10. Tells me when I get there it’s 16$ that they just recently changed the price from 14$. Then on the receipt says 12 piece wings so I’m not sure how that happened?

Went in an ordered then sat and waited.
No air conditioning on a 91• degree day. The staff was sweating as much as I was.
Pizza crust was way too thin resulting in a soggy and flimsy crust.
Cheese bread was a hoagie bun which must have eaten the cheese. An entire hoagie sandwich would have been cheaper.
Jalapeño poppers were over cooked leaving the cheese dry.
This was a 40$ meal that most of it got tossed.
Not worth the money or sweat that I paid.

I recently ordered a small cheese steak and really thought it is was just bread wrapped in foil so thin. It is a shame because the little bit of cheese steak in there was good. But disappointing for the money.

So far we have ordered twice. The first time a regular large cheese pizza. Very good and hot!

Second's order today I tried the small white pizza and the mixed basket or their version of an app sampler. The white pizza was AWESOME! The fried food wasn’t cooked all the way and everything was mushy. Had to throw out the basket of food. So we will probably stick to the pizza. The service is fast and friendly!! Love the drive thru just have to order ahead for that.
