Amazing how a franchise owner spends no money upgrading the dirty old chairs and tables inside .Food cold ,freestyle coke machines are terrible. Wendy's will be like pizza hut .....sad

went there with my dad to have lunch, the girl at the first window was SUPER rude towards my dad for no reason whatsoever. he asked a question only to be completely ignored. second window girl was just as bad; handed us our “biggie bag” that only contained the sandwich itself. not to mention she forgot our drinks. we got our correct order for food, we told her what drinks we needed. still managed to get at least one of them wrong. asked for a Dr.Pepper and a Sweet tea, got a Sweet tea and a Coke. the coke ALSO being the wrong size. start firing these people that clearly don’t care about their job.

Stopped with my five children for frosties. When I placed the order of 6 frosties the person taking my order said....we'll that's obnoxious but whatever. I responded that I will pass and left. Very disappointed children.

There’s a guy who works at this Wendy’s that must be protected at all costs - I could be having the worst day, and this employee completely turns it around!!! Quick, affordable service. I always ask for extra ranch, and they never miss the mark haha!

Idk why this Wendy's has such low reviews but the past couple times I've ordered online to pick up through the drive thru, it was great. They had everything ready, hot & everything was delicious. With the economy being the way it is, Wendy's sure made it easy and cheap to buy food on a low budget.

Pulled up to drive through and waited almost 5 minutes and no one too my order. The car behind me and I went inside at the same time and I asked if the drive through was open and they said yes. I told them what happened and one staff member asked the person with the headphones if the headphone was working and she said no. They told her to get another headset and the manager stood there with a stupid look on his face and said "I am sorry we have a special problem here." If that is how you talk about your staff to customers I am surprised you have any staff. Extremely unprofessional and I am a manager in a customer service profession.
