I waited for 20 minutes in the drive thru line after waiting 7 minutes to race my food, with no cars ahead of me. Food is excellent but drive thru is terrible!!!

Haven't had Long John's in awhile. DeCife on Mother's Day I give it a try. What a mistake food was cooked in dirty grease taste awful and look just as bad! Really upset with this use to love there food ready when downhill since I ate there before never again!

The place looks like an A\\u0026W out of Silent Hill. Parking lot is a mess, murals are peeling, didn't get to see inside as the doors were locked. We had our order taken, the gal asked us if we wanted sauce, then did not give us the malt vinegar I asked for or our credit card back. She asked us to pull around and park in front of the store to wait for our food. We had to wait for a while for them to bring it out to us. Kinda weird for fast food, but whatever. The food was fine, as to be expected from long John's, but we weren't given sauce or utensils so we had to improvise.

Ordered a lot food some was cold

The food is what you expect for an A&W and Long John Silvers, but the bathroom was pretty bad, looked like they could use a plumber and someone really needs to clean it.

I love eating here, the service is always friendly and the food is always very good, I always feel welcome when I go and I don't have to spend lots of money.
