The lady was amazing today, she went above and beyond to help a customer. Cashier at the window. I wish I would've gotten her name, she needs a raise. Especially after dealing with the manager, who still continues to be overbearing and disrespectful to his employees ? he's the tall, really really big guy. You'd think with the way he looks he'd be more humble. Instead he treats his employees like a begging customer or something. Fire him, and give the girl who worked the window tonight his position, this place would thrive tremendously.
Marginal at best. Doors locked at 8:30 pm. Drive thru service at ALL fast food eateries, including this one absolutely suck. Staff is underpaid. Overworked. Always in a hurry. Avoid Arby's. Loserville.

Ordered in the drive thru, employee was super rude when I asked if he could repeat what he said. Then we sat behind another car for 14 minutes and the car in front of us still hadn't been waited on or even seen a human being. We just left and went to Sheetz. Terrible service.

My husband and I stop there yesterday around 5:00 pm. We ordered takeout. We got 2 roastbeef gyros, curly fries, and mozzarella sticks. We live about 5 miles from location. Ate the food and I noticed the food was not as warm as it usually is and I thought it was due to the lettuce, tomato and red onion they put on the gyros.About 4 - 5 hours later my stomach was very upset, nauseated. Then soon enough I had chronic diarrhea from 8:30 pm till about 1am. Both my husband and myself. They had a black middle aged man doing the sandwiches and 2 young high school girls in there one doing drive thru and one running register. We will never return to this location, its close to home but we do not need food poisoning. Avoid this restaurant. I might even turn them into the health board.
