The large man that took our order at the drive through was the most miserable person I've ever come across at a fast food place. He was screaming so loud, we couldn't hear what he was saying. So he screamed at us to pull around. I feel bad for the nice kid working there, having to deal with that jerk all day.

My bf and I stopped by with our pup drive thru. I didn’t ask names but the 3 young girls working tonight Sunday between 6-8PM were an absolute HOOT. Amazing young ladies. They know exactly how to keep people happy while waiting and they treated our puppy so amazing. Needless to say, Poinkie the pup will now be an Arby’s pup and we owe it all to those girls. ❤️

Slow took 5 minutes: only 4 Employees: 1 at drive thru, 1 on frier, 1 doing all the other food, the manager was bagging food and taking orders out front. Drive thru and on-line orders took presidents... so I guess instead of going inside, should of gone through the drive-thru. I had ordered a slider, which must of been sitting there prior to my order as the jalapeños were smashed into the bread. At least my husband sandwich was fresh. Won't stop at that Arby's again.

I ordered a decent amount of food, I asked the girl if the food was going to be fresh, she said yes. That they were making it. I waited about 10 minute for our food. Drove home, which was about 5 minutes and nothing was fresh. Now I can tell the difference between not fresh and fresh but got a little cold. No thing was fresh at all! Then I tried calling and no one answered. So that goes to show you they don’t care!
