I ordered a senior number 3 with light lettuce, there was not light lettuce on the sub. Also the girl that took my order never spoke a word except to tell me my total & she didn't make eye contact or smile.

Always love Bob's. I've never been to the other locations, but the Tarentum location has never been a disappointment. Staff is always friendly & helpful. I always get the chicken salad (not Bob's way). In fact, this is one of my favorite chicken salads! I do not like celery, or anything else that crunches when you bite it, so I love that the 'crunchies' are chopped tiny, so they don't really crunch when I eat it. My husband has tried several (all Bob's way), and all have been good.
