Absolute horrible customer service from the actual owner of the establishment. He was loud and rude with me about a problem he admitted had never happened before. As management and owner he should have handled it much differently. On principle since he doesn’t understand proper customer service I will no longer give them my business. I will say the staff is not the problem since he hires teenagers, and honestly bless them for working under him it must be difficult.

Classic music, great vibe. Workers were phenomenal. The blizzards were great and the weirdo with the cone said he enjoyed his sweet treat. Coming back soon!

Great owners and great for the community. Good food always hot, fresh and made to order. Friendly staff and great fountain machine. Don’t live so close anymore but we still make the occasional trip. Keep it up, your customers notice your smiles and hard work

Ordered two cotton candy blizzards that were just vanilla ice cream with large pink chunks on the bottom. Tried breaking these up with a knife. They were awful. This Dairy Queen has really gone downhill lately.

The $7 meal is a great deal.

Usually never have a problem with this place but as the summer months are approaching and the store is busier then why not keep the lobby open the same hours to alleviate all the congestion and so that people get in and out quicker? You have cars trying to get in and out and they are lined up onto Freeport road sometimes. This causes nothing but a hassle and nonetheless it's going to cause an accident.... Totally ridiculous!

Always a long wait. No sense of urgency anywhere anymore.

I order 3 dif meals, the flamethrower which was to be without tom and let I get home it has them in it. I got a bacon cheeseburger single meal, the cheeseburger didn't have any bacon. Lastly I got a plain cheeseburger and it has mustard, ketchup and pickles on it. I check my receipt and I ordered them correctly how I wanted but they were made that way.

This dq is the worst by far. They call it fast food. Ur mostly waiting 45 mins. N then u order n 7 out of 10 times they missed the order up then back to dq n back in line. . This place is unreal. There's nothing fast about this place
