Drive through is too dam slow for a place serving ice cream. Waited in the drive through for about twenty minutes waiting for a chocolate shake.by the time I got to the window my shake was like chocolate milk.....and wasn't really cold. Slow service

Today was absolutely thr worst experience! The staff was yelling in front of us, the supervisor on shift was yelling back. The bun was burnt never again. Very disappointing the supervisor and staff need to be re trained or fired

I had the distinct pleasure of ordering with Kayla today. My goodness how refreshing it was to see a young woman so passionate about her work and customer service. She never disappoints and makes the best treats. Go see Kayla and ask for her by name.

Slowest Dairy Queen on the face of the planet. Don’t put a lot in the blizzards. Usually just get ice cream with no mix in it seems. Please pick up the pace.

This place is nice and clean and it had friendly service. We had a cheeseburger and chicken tenders with fries with a blizzard Sunday and chocolate milkshake. They were all really good.

We had a LARGE group and the girl at the counter was very patient with us and did a great job with our order!

So much for the values DQ boasts on their own website, you will find no inclusivity or "positive memories" here.

Customer service is non-existent here, the employee that took our order was rude at best, cutting me off as I spoke, refusing substitution of any kind. The blaring religious music was also a big yikes and the increasing volume felt like an intentional effort to cause discomfort, as someone who displayed my non-Christian values publicly. I won't spend my money here again, not when there are local places like Jerry's and Glen's who practice what they preach.
