I went here today. First the cashier had an attitude. I get home no top bun on my burger. Order again online go pick it up come home now cheese is added after asking to remove and bacon is missing from burger I paid the extra 99 cents for. The manager is super sweet but the other employees have to be slow. ? I’ll never return to this Dairy Queen. Edit: No I will not be stopping there again after you’re employee did the most by licking my sons spoon on top of what feels like purposely keep getting my food wrong. I ended up going to bed with nothing to eat and wasted money on two burgers I could even eat.

I’ve never been so disappointed with a Dairy Queen in my life! first off, I’ve always gotten my extra toppings on the side instead of in the blizzard. All the sudden it’s an issue and they don’t do that. Second the fries are nasty and soggy and finally the ranch that only had half in it also came with some hair. Never again.

The girl abbey or Addie ( sorry I’m hard of hearing and couldn’t hear ya) that worked the counter was fantastic. We are vegan and had our food order altered to fit our diet. She assured me everything would be taken care of and adjust each item for me. Made the experience perfect . Brought the food right to me and even helped when I asked for extra pickles. This is our new place for the summer. she was 10/10

Worst fast food establishment around!!! The manager uses her health as an excuse on why she does not have good employees instead of blaming her poor management skills. Save yourself the hassle and just go to the one on Freeport road in New Kensington!!!!

I ordered 2 hot fudge sundaes made with chocolate icecream. The one didn't even go above the cup, the other was slightly larger. When we asked she said that they were large. Asked to speak to the manager and she said it was the manager who made them. Manager came out and insisted they were larges. I told her if that is the case I want my money back. She said chocolate weighs more than vanilla and therefore is smaller. I told her then I want my money back. She said in a VERY condescending way " I'll make you another if that will make you happy" I told her it was either that or just give me my money back. She repeated her condescending words again.If chocolate weighs more than vanilla, then you should make them weigh more than the vanilla ones. I have pictures if u want to see how they looked

There was no one in line. I waited 20 minutes and was ignored at the register. A gentleman came in and told them he was shorted his burger and they said he drive away to fast and it wasn’t ready. He said he had already been waiting 40 minutes. Att that point I had been there 30 minutes and no one helped me so I left. This was the new Kensington store. Will never go back. That was just unacceptable

We used to go at least once a week. Then the service changed and our orders started to get really messed up more and more. I always get the same thing, extra strawberries and pecan blizzard. I've gotten a sundae, I've gotten just pecans, so we can't go thru the drive thru anymore. It might not be that big a deal but when you pay extra money over and over it adds up. It's a shame cause they are all very nice people.
They had an issue with their freezer and our custom ice cream cake order melted. They offered me 50% off the cake but we instead asked for a new one to made the next day. They happily did so and even seemed to upgrade the icing decorations as there was more detail in the new cake. I would've gave 5 stars but sadly when I went to pick up the new cake, they still gave me the melted one so I had to go back. They quickly got me the correct cake but I still waisted am extra 20 minutes when the cake was already a day late.
