Nestled in Burbank, Eat N Park is a phenomenal breakfast spot & is a true hidden gem!
Get there early because it does get packed and for good reason! Eat N Park, an Armenian owned restaurant offers a huge breakfast with some lunch additions. This place offers dishes packed with flavor, huge portions and low prices! The omelets are amazing, the Belgian waffles, strawberry crepes fantastic & the pancakes are out of this world!!! And don’t get me started on the biscuits…hands down the best I’ve ever had! My hats off to the chef for cooking comfort food that made me feel like I was at home! The hospitality is beyond amazing! The owners are extremely welcoming and serve as well. They treat everyone as if you were dining in their home!

Great menu with everything from breakfasts (my fave) to beautiful dinner options, sandwiches & desserts that look mouth watering. Stop here frequently because it’s easy, friendly, economical and has a great variety. AND, they have a great pickup window if you’re just wanting to go home and relax.

Last time I came here there was an older lady with white and short hair that was very rude. I told her i was here for pick up and she snarkingly told me to wait, didn't hand me my order at all just put it on the rack and walked away. I thought this place was supposed to be all smiles but I guess not.

I ordered chili as an appetizer and it was more like water with peppers and meat but had no flavor. My 5 year old got strawberries and the were white and hard. When the rest of the family’s food came over there is 6 of us. The 2 oldest got burgers and they said they were good. I got whale of cod dinner completely overcooked. My wife got a wrap when she picked it up it just fell apart. Tables were full of plates and old food not picked up after people left. I’ve been to many Eat N Parks all around the pa and oh areas and this location was by far the worst. I’m also not a person who does reviews but I felt it was needed. Our server was a young girl (Nina) she did do a very good job making sure we was good with everything so we didn’t want to complain to her.

Haved lived in the area for 30 years and we would eat at this location fairly regularly. Always liked the salad bar! It was always busy and the staff were attentive. The last couple of years, things have really gone down hill. Even to the point that my wife refused to eat here, and would travel to the Pittsburgh Mills location. Today for dinner, I ordered online, and she stopped to pick up the order. Arrived 5 minutes before it was scheduled for pickup. Was supposed to be placed on the pickup area when ready. 10 minutes later she asked the hostess about it, and they stated that it would be brought out when ready. Another 10 minutes of waiting she stopped someone else to see if they could check. After another 5 minutes, was finally brought out. After bringing it home, it was, of course cold. We are pretty sure it was ready at the originally scheduled time, but left back in the kitchen. Very disappointed at the level of customer focus. There is an obvious difference in the way this store is managed (and employee training) from several years back!
