Store doesn't care about customer service, just wants your money
On Aug. 2nd., I was fortunate to have Lynne P. as my knowledgeable very helpful cashier. I only purchased a few items, but she was so kind and patient as I lost my bearings for a few minutes. She calmed me and assured me that was part of her job. Please take my time and there was no hurry. YOU are lucky to have her as an employee

Ordered a cake for my youngest bday party was ready and time. Staff very friendly did a good job❤️
Their pharmacy is ridiculously slow. What is the point of ordering online and saying ASAP and then when you get there, they have nothing ready. Come back in half an hour. Go back as we were told, will be ANOTHER half an hour! Ridiculous! This is not the first time, it's EVERY TIME! Time to switch!
Fantastic pharmacy, full shelves and great rotisserie chicken
This is one of the nicest giant eagle stores in western Pennsylvania it has just about everything I need only one thing that store is without a few sitdown locations in the store for handicapped and elderly people who cannot walk more than 100 steps before they have to sit down if you could please put a few benches throughout the store that would be appreciated by so many thank you sincerely ,John
I do not like Giant Eagle, at all. I only stopped because I had a few last minute purchases to make and there was no other place around. They never have enough staffed check out lanes open but lots of self service lanes. If I'm not on the parole I'm not using self service. They are high priced and have a habit of rearranging products. The staff were friendly and efficient. Most Giant Eagles are my last resort shopping places.

Just in case anyone likes fruit ale you can get Samuel Smith Organic Cherry Fruit Ale in single bottles. Drink warm or the flavor goes away. Great stuff. They have apricot too.
This is my go to grocery store. They usually have everything I need to cook meals of culture and the employees are great. If they don't have something then ask; they may order for you.
You can't go wrong with a Giant Eagle!
